We've recently bought a caravan on site. It's our first venture into static caravaning and we love it. We have 2 small boys aged 5 and 2, they cry when we leave! What a fantastic place for young families. The site is nice and quiet so we feel safe for them to ride their bikes. Everyone is friendly and it really feels like a community. We can spend all day on the beach and in the parks without having to drive and can easily avoid all the busy places. The nova centre is so convenient and the sister site is fantastic for entertainment with great family pool, diners and bar as well as bouncy castle and play area. Absolutely fantastic, and really pleased we chose a quieter site so we can retreat to our beautiful site after busy days.

We ve just come back from a lovely break at this tranquil beautiful park . It's ideal for families being right on the beach, nice little on site cafe . Really reasonably priced . A great play park onsite for the children .On top of all this access to robin hoods facilities too if you fancied a swim or night out with it's free bus between the camps . Finally how lovely are the staff everyone was so friendly and pleasant x will definitely be returning . I can't recommend this highly enough .

We have been on Lido Beach for 2 years and have enjoyed our time spent there. The sales team are fantastic we have just upgraded our caravan and we were never put under any pressure. All the staff, I include everyone in that, ie the sales team, reception ladies and the ground staff are always happy to help. The park is on a great location near to the beach and quiet it has real community feeling. We would highly recommend Lido Beach for everyone young or old. Janet & Pete Davies

Very first time here. With my daughter, son on law and the kids. It's really lovely, so peaceful, loads of kids but it's not rowdy at all.

Beach isn't far, and the park is good to! Can't wait to come back! �

Staff are amazing always look after you very well caravan are clean also lovely experience every time and will be calling up to book as soon as it's open again .I will be on the phone Monday.

My family have owned a caravan on this site for a few years now. After looking around a lot of sites we came to have a look around Lido! We were greeted by one of the sales people Dan, he showed us around and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was to much! I understand that people say “sales people will be like that” but still after a few years he will come to see us and make sure that we are all ok. I would highly recommend this site , great location, plenty to do around the area, quiet and such a lovely friendly atmosphere. Thank you lido for making me and my family feel so welcome and making are first caravan ownership adventure great! X

Me my partner have 2 weeks here and it was awesome great club life for the adults and a great kids entertainment for both you and the kids none stop fun for all beach access too so bring your swimming gear � I will return again to this place

Lido beach is a fab holiday park. If you want constant entertainment and hussle and bussle it is the wrong park for you, but this is why we love it . It is quite, but still lots to do. We have a fabulous beach , lovely on site play park . The Nova centre is a short walk away. There is crazy golf on the same road. Links to other parks with courtesy bus at night. The town centre is fab for shops. We have a train station and bus station plus cinema all 10minutes walk away. Lovely local restaurants. We couldn't be happier here.

Just got back from my fourth stay here with my family. Love how close to the beach it is and the great facilities in the area. Already looking to book again.

Hi guys I won a competition to go to Lyon lido beach and have just come home from our stay. I just want to say a huge THANKYOU for a fab weekend it was really good!! When we got there the receptionist were lovely providing me with my pack and passes to there sister complex so we could use there facilities. The caravan was gorgeous we loved the site! I went with my husband and 2 children aged 2 and 10 months, the site is very quiet but it’s situated minutes from loads of amenities!! Your on top of the beautiful beach, nova centre, wave cafe, play areas and shops. The beach is just gorgeous we spent all day there on Saturday we were so lucky to have such amazing weather we all loved it! We spent Sunday on Lyons Robin Hood taking advantage of our passes we went swimming, played in the soft play area, had lunch, played in the arcade and watched the characters!! It’s been that good we will be booking to come back! I would a million percent stay at lido again. Once again thank you for a lovely holiday ��

Fantastic site my sisters have just bought a van on this site after we have been renting for the past 4 year and the staff couldn't do enough for us from tuning in the Tv and lending us an Ariel highly recommend

Enjoyed a lovely break away here with my children during whit week was just what I wanted somewhere quiet but everything we need within easy reach Kids had a wonderful time would highly recommend and love to return in the future

Although I think the park is great I do have one complaint, when we bought the caravan we were facing the tennis court which was fine, it was then the football court arrived, yes I know it's an holiday park but there is no control over the kids using it, they kick the ball out of the court hitting our caravans, windows, and cars, no one seems to know when to lock the gates at night they put signs up with times on and no one takes a blind bit of notice, I have reported kids in there gone 10 o'clock at night, I really hope something is done about it this year, it will be a shame if not, people have just had enough.

This is a lovely site with play area, football and tennis for the kids. Although there aren't a lot of amenities for the evenings there is a shuttle bus available to take you to the sister site so for us it wasn't a problem. The only downside was the wifi which was difficult to connect to at times. Faultless otherwise. I was sorry to leave and would love to go back! Very enjoyably stay!

Fantastic position on the North Wales coast, but if your thinking of buying here be warned!! Site fees have risen by almost £1000 in just over 3 years, with little improvement of facilities or maintenance on the site.

Caravan good big had everything you need. Clean bedding. Location of the park is very poor. Prestatyn has nothing to offer at all we asked many of people told to head to towyn or Rhyl . Unless you have transportation I wouldn't visit. The RobinHood isn't far with all entertainment swimming arcade crazy golf. It's lovely to not have all the noise an busyness on lido park of this. They have a free bus to take you after 6pm. The beach is a couple mins walk.

I was always quite happy on this site but this year feeling let down we have been disappointed by the lack of wifi since getting a caravan but also this year all the trees were cut down without being asked there diggers down the side of van for a while new fence looks nice now but all the soil which has now turned into weeds and grass left uneven grass hardly ever gets cut and we had real problems last time we got gas it took 3/4 days for delivery until we demanded it because we nearly run out feel let down this year by lyons and we always pay the fees that go up every year on time

We like this site a lot, it is in a great location for us, and the staff on the site are all very friendly and welcoming. However, I am rating this as a poor solely as a reflection of my impression of Lyons as a whole and their inability to respond effectively to what I understand to be an ongoing problem......the lack of wifi! When I bought my caravan last year, I did not anticipate that I would have to cut our visits short, cancel them entirely, or spend my afternoons sitting in the owners lounge, just so I can send a few emails, instead of being able to deal with them in the evenings, in my caravan. The final straw came last Saturday, when I had to walk over to the owner lounge in the rain, laptop under my arm, in order to reply to a message! I have sent two emails to Lyons this week, neither of which have been so much as acknowledged! I appreciate that, for some, the lack of wifi is not an issue, but I am self employed, and working wifi really is a deal breaker for me!

It is such a shame as, if it were not for this problem, I would easily give a rating of 4....according to my children, the cafe needs to sell ice cream to get a 5! Instead, I am looking at alternative sites that I can move to next year!

Thought I need warn potential buyers and not to bother, after the horror stories my parents have been experiencing by this company.

Has well has sight fees going up without warning, which is understandable but being warned would be nice.

My parents had there caravan moved down the road because they had to move a caravan behind them which is fair enough but not to be warned which my parents turned up one weekend to find all the patio ripped up has well as their veranda pulled down which they just purchased is unacceptable.

After complaints my parents thought this was over until weekend gone when a couple who travelled by train was booked into the caravan only to find it was not there so my parents had to drive down to sort the mess up, which Lido beach offered a caravan in a bad state which they refused so my parents had to refund and offered to drive them to a hotel the customer was in tears.

After many more complaints my parents wanted to have a meeting with the manager and an arranged date for them to go over which my Dad booked aday off work, when they got there he was not on site.

Absolute shambles of a company that's all I can say!
