M And D Care Description
M& D Care provide bespoke care packages and home environments for younger adults with complex needs. Our services cover a range of needs including:

• Offending Behaviour
• Self Harm

We do not consider any diagnosis to be a barrier to care, we assess each individual based on their unique needs and the compatibility of other residents of the home identified.
Our Community support service was in response to a realisation that when our service users moved on, the may require the support and security of staff they already know in their own homes. This has allowed us to develop unique packages that see us support all our service user’s progression through every stage.
