Honda CB500 in for front fork seal replacement, this machine was the lead bike on the ride cymru / cymru knievels perimeter of Wales motorcycle charity event. The 1070 mile round trip took its toll on the front fork seals. New dust and main seals followed by new fork oil required.

BMW 320D Coupe in for full service and rear brake inspection, The rear brakes were well beyond serviceable condition so required replacement. The diagnostic check included in the service identified a fault with the glow plug control module and a number of inactive glow plugs, these were also replaced to prevent future DPF problems.

Vauxhall insignia 2.0 Diesel recovered to us with a no start fault. 0 bar pressure recorded at the fuel rail with the diagnostic equipment, 250 bar is the average pressure for starting most modern common rail diesels. Circuit and relay test carried out which highlighted the in tank supply pump faulty, closer inspection shows a shorted supply to the pump.

Jeep commander in reduced power mode due to a turbo leak. A job for the #Redline Smoke Pro to quickly locate the problem area, quite simply one of the best tools in the workshop for time saving diagnosis.
