We have had a most excellent day with Andrew Chadwick today - the juniors did the opening number from A Chorus Line. The seniors had a blast being gorillas from the Tarzan musical. Thank you so much Andrew - we all look forward to your next visit ❤️😁

On Feb 23rd, musical theatre performer Andrew Chadwick will be at MADD for a master class with our interns and seniors. Andrew Chadwick is a Musical Theatre Performer, Teacher and Choreographer from Blackpool. He trained at Phil Winstons Theatreworks in Blackpool and is a long standing teacher and Lecturer for IDTA schools around the country and the world. He has taught and choreographed from Germany to Spain and Portugal and as far away as China and Australia. Andrew has ...a vast experience in performing in Musicals including performing lead roles such as ‘Rusty’ in ‘Starlight Express’, ‘Mungojerry’ in ‘Cats’, ‘Bobby C’ in ‘Saturday Night Fever’, Dance captain in ‘Fame’ along with many other theatre credits. Andrew has also appeared in Disney’s recent Major Motion Picture Remake of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ where he danced the role of ‘Lumiere’. He is currently performing and playing the lead role in Disney’s hit musical Tarzan.

Just got home from a really well-run, friendly and enjoyable competition. Thank you so much everyone at DDE That’s Showbiz. Feeling very very proud of my teams - we entered 6 troupes and came home with 6 awards. Four of the troupes have progressed to the semi-final in Blackpool. Biggest surprise of the day was Border Morris getting the adjudicators award! 😁
