They are very good with people but they are brilliant with animals. And the vets will answer any questions you may have and they don't rush you out they have a lot of time for you well that's what they make you feel.

This is the Brackla branch. Used for years and never had cause to complain. When I've needed an urgent appointment they've always delivered. All the staff have proved to be helpful and full of freely given advice. When we have lost dogs through illness or age they have sympathetically provided all the information necessary for us to make the heartbreaking decision. Facilities are excellent and when one of our dogs was seriously ill they tried everything possible to try to avoid us having to go to the small animal hospital in Bristol for very expensive treatment. I cannot thank them enough for years of treatment provided to our goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and dogs and unreservedly recommend them.

Maes Glas, Brackla have looked after our dogs for many years and have always shown the utmost care and honesty. We recently had to have our gorgeous 16 year old labrador put to sleep and the vet and nurse who came to the house were fantastic - so patient and gentle. I know vet bills can be expensive but it is worth every penny when you know that your pet is getting the best possible treatment. Thank you Maes Glas.

Emma Boullardie and her colleagues were there every step of the way, when our twelve yr old Jack Russell, Millie, became very ill, as a result of a heart condition. Emma came to us, when the time came, so that Millie was in her own home, with us. It was a very difficult time and Maes Glas vets were there for us.
