Brilliant stay, we'd definitely use again, room and facilities excellent. Young lady on reception lovely a credit to the hotel.

Always stop here to and from Wales, food average, breakfast could be hotter, tea really good.
Couldn't fault the restaurant food. Bit pricey as expected but very fresh and tasty
Staff were pleasant and eventually gave help but the chain itself needs to pull its finger out .
Disabled bathroom not appropriate for anybody as bath is way to small and grab rails way too big ,more like scaffolding poles!!!
On arrival the receptionist tried to charge an extra £12, carpets wet in hall due to water ingress and finally got home and a week later got a parking fine for £100 ( sorted this out very quickly)
Will not stop at Days Inn again!!!
Needs to be inproved more ( one way singes ) lot of peple driveing the rogh way.
I can't attach pictures so please get in touch if you want to see them. First room we were given had all light bulbs missing and couple of lampshades gone so we asked for another room. Side table was ripped of the wall and had suspicious marks on it.. Bathroom was horrific! !! In order to use it I had to clean it myself. I've complained and I was refunded (I need to check my account ) it was horrible! ! We stayed for 2 nights and I was told that while I was away after first night my room will be cleaned up to standard but it didn't happened. Pictures on request to anyone who wants to see them. Management is also welcome to contact me regarding this matter.
This place is disgusting, smells of urine in the main eating area. Toilets,as you can imagine were worse! Would never stop here,again! Great welcome to Wales if coming over the bridge! Disgraceful standards!
Shocking decision of the manager to make two lovely charity collecting ladies stand outside in the pouring rain today. Refusing them the foyer....shame on you
Probably the very worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten. The burger was sloppily made and cold. More ingredients outside the bun than in it. The fries were only a quarter carton full and when I complained the assistant had attitude. Plus they were painting there and used chairs to block off areas leaving not enough seats. Not a nice place.
Pay £25 for HGV parking !!! Only to get curtains slashed during the night!! Why can't they have a night security officer patrolling!!
No hand soap in the ladies toilets. Whatsoever!!!!! Better hygiene in 3rd world countries. Unacceptable!!!!
I've stopped here 3 times this week. Because they have a Chozen Noodle franchise.
First time it was shut at 6pm(they are supposed to be open til 8)
Second time no beef red Thai curry,or rice
Third time closed at 6 again.
Ok I'll get something from the restaur.....oh that's fucking closed too!
Shut the place down. It's embarrassing. Or at least get a franchisee in who can provide food.
I also agree with the toilets dirty, taps our of order and a general feel of it been neglected. Also stopped in the Pont Abraham Roadchef last week shamefull of the toilets so dirty. It does not give a good impression on people visiting Wales. Abroad it is so clean in the services. Management take note
Got kicked out for being teenagers. Ignorant and pathetic. And they charged £5.50 for a tiny bag of sweets.
