Maidenhead Aquatics At Cwmbran

We had a big delivery of saltwater fish, inverts and coral this week!

New fish delivery just in 😜

We have these stunning Heros sp. Curare. This is an exciting species of severum. In the comments is some footage of the breeding adults that these fish came from at our breeders facility in Indonesia. Some of our staff were fortunate enough to go out there to visit last November.

There’s plenty of different colour strains of angels available these days but for those who are after something a little more special, look no further than the two wild strains of angel we have in stock. Manacupuru get large and have a red bump on the head when mature. Leopoldi are a different species to the commonly seen scalare.

African cichlid clearance half price or better on selected tank stock. Something for most set ups includes selected mbuna, peacocks, haplochromis and juveniles. Some females currently holding fry.

The guys in here know what they are doing and their fish are top quality tank maintenance seems to be ongoing all the time and the fish always look in very good condition also the variety of fish is very good I’m always finding fish I haven’t seen before in there , normal or specialised

I took in a water sample thinking I had major issues and I was going to buy new filter components but wanted a professional opinion, after 15-20 minutes with my water sample they came back to me and said the water is perfect and not to change a single thing.

I learnt so much from her and she was SOOOO knowledgeable! I have followed all of her advice and my tank is looking the best it’s ever looked. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to her, and to say that I will definitely be back! Highly recommended �

Been to quite a few Maidenhead Aquatics across the country over the years and went to this one today looking at buying a new tank. Have to say it's the best by far, thanks for your help Ashley, great service.

Always been incredibly helpful and Knowledgeable. I have brought a lot of different media bits and bobs / parts as have homemade filters. Maidenhead Aquatics Cwmbran I can't fault as I am hardly there biggest spending customer but still give me there the time when I come in.

The staff are amazing my fish have always been in good health, i would mark 5 if turtles where sold at the store.

Not all the staff at Cwmbran are fantastic but today we were served by a guy called Andrew and he was so helpful.His attitude is great.Also there is a lady called RhiRhi and she -like Andrew is great-nothing is too much trouble.There are a couple of other staff who would do well to take customer care lessons from these two members of staff.

Came into your shop yesturday to buy a water feature. Customer service was awful....asked afew questions on different pond types and plants and was told to buy whatever I thought???? Sorry for asking for advice as a novice....once I bought a water feature I was then left to man handle said water feature alone out of the store....this was going to be impossible ....my only good comment is to the lovely long haired shop worker that offered to help....even though he had not served me....he carried it to my car....to this gentleman..and I state gentleman as you had lovely manners ...I dearly thank you....needless to say I will not be back

Rip off prices. Cheaper elsewhere. Your juwel Rio 180 aquarium and cabinet. Now £411.00 seapets only £349.00 plus you get free. 26kg gravel. Net. Api tap water safe. Fish food. Worth £52. All free. This is the worst company I've ever been to. For highly priced items your 25kg gravel £25.00 other garden centres only £3.99 for a 20kg do I need say any more.

Many staff are nice one has really big attitude. Never go back again after many years of buying. Management need to address the issue for their own benefit.
