We love this place! We're new to the hobby and all the staff are really knowledgeable and super helpful. Jae has been amazing since our first visit, helping us to decide on which tank and which set up to choose and has since helped us through a couple of issues like an algae spurt and a bacterial bloom. We visit the shop most weekends and they are all on the ball with any questions we might have. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Today, me and my partner came to Maidenhead aquatics, after visiting 2 other well known pet stores which also sell fish, the other well known stores which I shan't mention were unhelpful and also gave us false info.

So we ended up in Maidenhead Aquatics st melons by mistake and by chance. This turned out to be a great visit, we were served by Samantha, with a warm and friendly smile. We needed some advice, and without any hard sell she gave us her full attention and helped us with every item we needed to fulfill our tank to its potential. We cannot thank her enough, we were very impressed with her customer service which was delivered in such a lovely friendly manner. We will certainly highly recommend this store to anybody who is looking for tropical fish or accessories to their tank.
