Visited your shop when me and the wife was there for her birthday weekend 6Th February our second home really. I bought a selection of fantastic chocolates which she chose herself. fantastic service from the girls on counter really helpful and friendly. Your chocolates are the best we have ever tasted and we cannot wait to get back to North Wales to get more of those beauties. Excellent shop excellent service excellent chocolates, what more can I say, love em. Anybody wondering how good they are just go get some you will not be disappointed. WOW!!!

Would definitely visit again if I were in the area, although you can order online as well so that may prove to be tricky to avoid lol.

Popped into Maisies whilst on a brief visit to Llandudno, I didn't expect to come out with as much stuff as I did but all the chocolate looked so tempting that I ended up buying gifts for my Mum and my sister and me!. Really delicious chocolates and lovely staff in the shop. I wish I lived closer to buy more but maybe I see you are doing Christmas mail order boxes so I'm very happy. P.S My sister loved the canvas bag - green is her favourite colour :) Thank you Maisies x

Just finished our chocolates we bought on honeymoon. Chocolates made in heaven. Some of the best chocolates we've had.

Will definitely visit again when we return to llandudno.

I've visited Maisie's a couple of times on trips to Llandudno, and the ladies in there are lovely. I ordered some chocolates for Mother's Day, and they have arrived in good time. Can't wait to give them to my mum! (And hope she feels like sharing xD)

I'm the lady who burnt myself on scalding hot black coffee in your shop (no fault of Maisie's) but because of your kindness and quick action in treating my burnt hand I'm 'lucky' enough to only have a couple of blisters, when it could have been so much worse.



As you wouldn't take any money for the stock I damaged with the coffee, or for the burn treatment you paid for, I wanted to return your acts of kindness. I have made donations on Maisie's behalf to the Red Cross and Save the Children.

Great to find an independent chocolate shop. Very friendly staff and best of all the chocolates are fantastic. Great range of single chocolates and truffles to suit all palates. Also bars of chocolate and other sweet treats. Also sell Dutch liquorice which I believe is excellent, however did not try. Will visit again. Well Done.

Discovered this fantastic shop on a quick break away from a work trip! Amazing selection of the most beautiful chocolates and the customer service was first class - the lady who served me was extremely friendly and was happy to wait whilst I chose my selection of which I am enjoying every mouthful!

Bought only a small treat to satisfy my curiosity and my daily need of sugar. This is an amazing little place that has amazing little treats and chocolates, something in the traditional side that was lacking in this town. Looking forward to go back again for an indulgence and as soon as they have fudge it'll be my second home.

Amazing chocolate...can't get enough. The staff are so lovely and always take the time to have a chat. You can tell I visit there a lot, they get excited when I walk in :-) so helpful and really lovely truffles. If I could live there...I would. Definitely give it a visit.
