I have been baking for friends & family for many years but have always worked within the hospitality industry as a pastry chef specialising in A la Carte Desserts, Breads, Petite Fours, Buffets, Wedding Catering, Ice Creams and Afternoon Teas (among lots of other delicious things! ). 🎂🍰🍩

Lolo's Cake Away is a work of passion as I am madly in love with baking and so decided to start a baking business of my own where I can focus all my passion for making cakes and desserts and bringing people edible joy! 😘

Every single cake Lolo's Cake Away bake is freshly made using only the finest quality ingredients. I exclusively use Belgian chocolate from Callebaut, Madagascan /Tahitian Vanilla & only locally sourced free-range Eggs. Elsewhere where possible, other ingredients are brought locally in the Cardiff and South Wales area to support local businesses and products.

I hold a Level 2 Food and Safety Hygiene Certificate, complying with UK /EU Regulations ✔️The premises are fully registered with Cardiff Council and have been inspected and approved by the Environmental Health Department, attaining the highest rating of 5 Stars ⭐I am a member of The British Sugarcraft's Guild (BSG) and the Welsh Culinary Association (WCA) and have Full Public and Product Liability Insurance. ✔️
