Completely useless, obstructive, difficult to get an appointment, prescriptions never ready, lots more, too much to list. Not fit for purpose.

Almost impossible to get an appointment. You have to ring at 8am to get an appointment normally in 2 weeks time, but they are constantly engaged. If you ring at 9 they tell you to ring back next morning at 8. You can only book an appointment 2 weeks ahead so if you have a 3 week follow up you cannot book it there and then which is rediculous. The desk staff are nosy when you ring to make an appointment and want to know what's wrong with you which is nothing to do with them. They are not qualified to make any decisions about health and treatment etc so have no need to know. Too much red tape and stupid procedures for it to run well. Some of the doctors are lovely though. PEOPLE WONDER WHY A&E IS OVER RUN WITH NEEDLESS VISITS IN THIS DAY & AGE!

Never in my life heard of such a stupid appointment booking system rang today at 14:01pm to ask for an appointment for the next few weeks but i cannot because i have to ring for that in 2 week!

What a ridiculous system!!

The problem is there are to many foreign people taking up all the appointments!

System is broke I just hope for malpas brooks sake that I have no got
Barrett's oesophagus or i will pursuing a legal case for a claim of misdiagnosis.

Worst Surgery in Wales

Health Care professionals that really don't care. Refusing simple skin creams I have on repeat ..happy to let my psorasias bleed and weep for two weeks presumably as a punishment for using too much emollient and bath oil.

Update.. so new prescription rules where customers have to wait 4 days for a repeat prescription but still if you want to discuss a botched (by them) prescription you can't do that till after 11. Great inflexible no care professionals. Thanks for making my job as a carer for someone with chronic mental health issues that little bit harder.

No wonder the gps are leaving this place in droves.

Despite the initial problems I've since seen the Doctors a few times. I can't fault them.
I've literally just come from seeing Doctor Jenkins and she's really caring, and all around a great Doctor to see.

The only problem remain with the reception. The staff there can have a real attitude problem that puts you off you going, which when you're ill is the last thing that should be happening.
