Welcome to Mama-FIIT.
Get your fitness back and swoosh back into those pre-Baby jeans whilst meeting new Mums and getting some sunshine. (possibly rain) : )
All with Buggy & Baby in toe.
Mama-FIIT is a class held outside, using our Buggies & our Beautiful Babies.
A Group exercise class aimed to strengthen and tone those muscles weakened during pregnancy. £3. 00 per session
No need to book, just turn up to Beechwood park (meet at the cafe)
You will be asked to fill out a small waiver for insurance purposes and then we are good to go : )
