Great atmosphere and staff are great. Food portions are big which I can say is a very good thing as it tastes fantastic. Will be back here very soon.

This place is the best!! Go here!! Great, friendly staff and amazingly delicious food. I had a meatball starter and carbonara linguine, my friend had a calamari and lasagne. We were both over the moon with our orders and for a very decent price of only £23.90. I am definately coming back here again and 100% recommend to all :D

Annoyingly when we booked our table if 10 people the person I spoke to insisted we order our food in advance ( and pay a deposit, but I don't have an issue with that) It turned out pre ordering was not expected at all, indeed a nearby table of similar number was seated after us, ordered from the menu, and received their food before us!!! Food was if good standard, but service was inattentive, no one ever checked if we had everything we needed so we resorted to stopping passing staff for everything.... Drinks orders, both initial and when glasses were empty, water refills, trying to order extra bread and olives, dessert menus, black pepper etc etc, and because we didn't seem to have one person looking after us that service was unreliable. Almost all my guests complained about it to me later. Also the strong smell of bleach from cleaning drove some of my guests from the restaurant before we had a chance to order coffee, so our evening ended abruptly. ( this was not late, about 10:20pm pm) It's a shame because I quite liked the food, nice Italian with a spicy twist, but the hassle of pre ordering and poor service marred what should have been a relaxing evening.

Only ever had takeaway from Mamma Mia myself and the pizza is very tasty and excellent value for money. The £2.50 slice/deal is great value, the thing is huge and full of toppings.

Awesome authentic Italian food. Great service and the best Lasagne Ive had.

Good selection on the lunch menu. Reasonably priced plus service was very good. I couldn't give 5☆ this time as my pork meal was not great. The others in my party enjoyed but I was slightly disappointed. I didn't complain as it would have upset my guests.

Good value for very nice Italian food with lunch and evening two/three course deals. Service always extremely fast.

Lacks any real ambience and doesn't feel like an Italian themed restaurant in any way (in terms of decor), but the food itself is nice and authentic and staff are pleasant.

Sat here had two courses for 11.99 I feel like I am conning the restaurant I'd happily pay more. Food is out of this world. Staff are attentive but not to over attentive. Just a brilliant place xx
