Today me and my husband visited the Monmouth store to choose our tiles for our new home...the service we received could not have been better! The two female staff members could not have been kinder or more attentive! We can't wait to see our tiles in our home!

Really pleased with our beautiful interior and exterior stone, we get lots of lovely comments about it. Staff at Monmouth branch were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us - made some great suggestions on choice of stone. The pricing was very competitive. Great service, we are very happy.

I’ve spent most of the afternoon at the Weybridge showroom discussing room upon room. Brendan and Ian were so helpful and creative, so excited to make these ideas a reality!

I would be lying if I said I hadn't read some of the less favourable reviews on here before ordering, but I have to say that my personal experience couldn't be more different. The service we have received from visiting the showroom, ordering, delivery (shout out to Carl; awesome guy, extremely personable and very good at his job!), pre- and post-sales support has been second to none. We actually returned our initial order as it wasn't what we expected and they have been amazing at working with us to sort it all out. They made what could have been a nightmare a genuinely enjoyable experience.



Special mention has to go to Lizzie who has gone our of her way...and I mean way way way above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that we got the stone we wanted (Troy marble btw, it's awesome) and that we were happy customers. She achieved that, and some. I will be posting a photo of the finished floor soon so she can see it and how happy we are!



I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mandarin and their products...we are already planning what we are going to have in the back garden and will definitely be returning to Mandarin to order next year. Thanks again everyone at Mandarin, and I'll be in touch in 2017! :-)

I spent the weekend doing the art trail at Wilmslow's Mandarin Stone and was so impressed watching the staff over two days talking and advising customers. Their knowledge is incredible and always friendly and resourceful. They also made me and three other artists wonderfully welcome with constant cups of tea and conversation. Plus my paintings looked great over your wonderful stones.

I recently visited your Bristol showroom and was very impressed by competitive prices and excellent customer service! The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back soon to order tiles for my bathrooms.

I have used mandarin stone on many indoor house projects but recently used them for outside living space . They have a lovely collection .... Hard to decide what to choose but I'm so pleased with my choice classic black flags, excellent quality and service was exceptional. Even got a same day Saturday delivery for the extras that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic products and great service. Even though we are down an unmade lane they delivered the pallets right into our garage.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful service. They even opened the shop especially for us as we had missed the opening times and were on a really tight schedule. Staff bent over backwards to help us. GORGEOUS tiles.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team at Cambridge were extremely helpful and professional. We ordered over 100sq metres and the delivery of the tiles was fantastic and ensured every tile arrived safely. The finished look is brilliant, I am extremely happy and would recommend you to friends and family. Thank you!

When the marble herringbone Mosiac turned up, I was very disappointed as it was very different to what we saw in store. However now we have put a colour intensifier on it, it has really brought out the grey tones and it looks beautiful. The other tiles that we ordered from mandarin stone also look amazing next to the herringbone.

Very impressed with catalogue, website, showroom, knowledgable staff so placed order this week for 100sq metres of marble paving. Paid the sizeable bill up front and I also needed some cleaner - around £8.50 - the staff forgot to take payment for this and are now chasing me for it!!!!! Is this some kind of April fool???? Has left a distinctly sour taste in my mouth about the company.

Avoid marble flat discounted sinks.

Lovely looking but not a cheap product so would expect as much. Extremely heavy so purchased special drill and hanging mechanism. Sadly though it doesn't drain fully and residual water is an issue. Design issue which may explain slight discount. Limescale build up over the year. Hard to remove. I like the company but not this product.

We've just completed a renovation project totalling well into 6 figures. Of the many suppliers and tradesmen involved Mandarin Stone have been the most disappointing to deal with, particularly given the premium brand and price point in the market. Delivery costs are ridiculous, a vanity unit was lightly damaged (after sales customer service non existent) and lead times were frustrated further by poor communication.

If I were to repeat the process I'd take my business elsewhere.

NEVER will I use Mandarin Stone again! To dump 2 crates of stone on the kerb/road is just simply appalling & NO attempt was made to even get it on the drive. The customer service and response to this is atrocious. To out source your deliveries to an organisation without the appropriate equipment is a joke & to make it even worse, customers pay more for this pathetic excuse of a service than using your own delivery service. And to suggest the possibility of ordering again from you was an absolute insult!

Photos of this will be posted on your Facebook page along with spreading the word to others to avoid at all costs!

The quality of the stone was also appalling, filled with resin and when we complained they offered us a repair kit and said we could cancel if we wanted (knowing we had a very tight time scale for our project and couldn’t move our tiler). Use at your own risk.

I went into the store planning to buy £500+ of tiles. I asked if they could help me with the design by mocking it up and was told that was fine. Half an hour later after taking all of my details and room measurements I was told they don’t have the software to do this! That’s 30mins of my life I won’t get back! Not impressed and will never give them any business in the future.
