Mando Solutions is a specialist supply partner based in Caldicot with consultants who are experts in the delivery of temporary and contract recruitment solutions, supplying competent industry and skill specific site staff for corporate and SMEs throughout the UK.
We currently operate our business with a strong nucleus of loyal operatives UK wide but have the ability to resource from our extensive database of registered and accredited multi-skilled workers.
Mando Solutions is a CITB registered Company and as a policy we verify and monitor all CPCS and CSCS competences using the Phoenix online facility.
We also offer training and support to all operators wanting to enhance their CPCS qualifications through CITB registered training centres.
We ensure that we understand our clients business and their requirements before we look to deploy personnel. With our pool of workers along with our interview, reference and quality assurance programmes we make sure that we get the right skill match
