My beautiful mother Mandy was an amazing cook, especially pastries and cakes, so i learned from the best. Recipes from past and present, tried and tested!

We have created Mandy's Pantry as a way to share our ideas and tips on simple cupcake making, the occasional cake, truffles and pastries. We do not sell my items, just show them off and prove that anyone can make tasty treats. A blogging page is currently in the works with a website, like us here on facebook, twitter and instagram.
