We had yet another great day visiting Manor House last week. You never fail to entertain us. There is always something new to see or new to do. There is plenty of space both for us to do our thing and the animals who have places to hide away if they want but always seem to oblige by making appearances. It is lovely to be able to still hear the sounds of nature around us without having "entertainment" shoved in our faces or blaring out through speakers. The staff are always very friendly and approachable and more than happy to answer our many questions about the animals. The extra events put on such as the bubbleologist last week are added bonuses every visit. We have been coming for years and will continue to come because we love it. Keep up the great work.

We had a fantastic time here but especially loved the kangaroo walk through. We've been to many zoos and wildlife parks but never have this experience of getting so close to the kangaroos like we did. They were so friendly, even the mums with their joey's in their pouch, were coming up and letting you stroke them. Something the three of us won't forget I have to say.

We decided to come to Manor Park for the first time yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised. Place is absolutely stunning, plenty of things to do with children. Safe to say that we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back again soon!

User

Visited on Monday, basically had it to ourselves, I think it is really worth the price since you get so much time with the animals, feeding and petting them, all the animals there are friendly and well looked after and seem content in there enclosures that have lots of space for them, it was nice to see that it wasn‚Äôt over crowded with animals so they could have the space. Lots of kid friendly things such as trikes, play area even tho a bit hot in the summer, loads of places to sit and well thought out seating areas around the animal enclosures, was shocked how close you actually are to some of the animals, it‚Äôs a really peaceful place and was lovely to see animals play together such as ostrich‚Äôs and tapir‚Äôs that we‚Äôre in the same enclosure, highly recommend feeding the wallabies first as they are really friendly and gentle, we had such a amazing tune & will be going again soon, highly recommend to anyone who loves being around animals and a fun day out ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅ ĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Visited here today with my partner. We absolutley loved it. Such an amazing experience to be so upclose to these animals. The gibbons were absolutley fab and put on a great performance from where they were perched up high in the tree tops, the tigers looked amazing roaming around their enclosure, the meerkats were all on top form running around and playing, the wallabies were so friendly and curious it was so amazing to be able to feed and pet them. Staff were all very friendly and seemed more than happy to help when needed. All in all it was a brilliant few hours out. Thank you Manor House xxxxx.

User

Lovely day out for the family. Went during half term, and took advantage of the school holiday deal, so all 6 kids got in half price!

Staff were so friendly, helpful and cheerful, happy to answer any questions we had.

Been before, and will definitely be back again.

Particularly loved the pigs walk! How did you get the pigs to walk so nicely behind you like that with no arguing or fighting?! Asking for a friend...

User

I had a really lovely time at the park, such a lovely and welcoming environment. My mum and I had a great time walking around looking at the animals, who looked happy and really well kept. The staff in the cafe were lovely, and the food and drinks were definitely up to value. Can't wait to go back, really great place for a nice day out!!

User

Came for the first time yesterday and it was THE best experience ever! Didn't know what to expect but I truly enjoyed every single second. Came with my sister and brother in law and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Were there for over 3 hours! Amazing experience being able to get up close and pet and feed the Wallabies and being able to walk through the Lemur enclosure. Could only dream of doing things like this previously! All the animals are well cared for and in spacious enclosures. Have no complaints whatsoever. Staff are very friendly and happy to chat and tell you about the animals and their background stories. Very good prices and very clean and tidy. Learnt so, so much. Can't wait to come back!

User

Brilliant afternoon spent here, definitely one of the best wildlife parks I have visited. Great enclosures with all animals looking in good health- no signs of stress etc which is so often seen a parks. Will 100% visit again when back in the area.

User

Absolutely loved our second visit today!

The wallabies were the most amazing and friendly creatures ÔŅĹÔŅĹ a real highlight! ÔŅĹ

Awesome to see the Red Pandas, both up in the trees!! (As well as all the monkeys we saw) ÔŅĹ

A large variety of animals, all looked content ÔŅĹ

Refreshing to see a more ‚Äėnatural‚Äô park, with the local wildlife blending in!

Would definitely recommend for the price ÔŅĹÔŅĹ

User

@ManorWildlife just wanted to say a big thank you to your lovely keepers Cara and Amy for making my sons birthday mini keeper experience soooo special!! The girls were fab and so knowledgable my son said was ‚Äúbest day ever‚ÄĚ!!!

User

Me and my 8 year old visited yesterday and absolutely loved it. Some new features since I last visited. Indoor play area is fab my daughter loved it (although very hot and sweaty) major highlight for us was the wallaby walk through.. happy friendly wallabies all came up to us without fear. Was amazing to get that close. Major downfall was the food. No choice whatsoever and majorly over priced. Over £17 for 2 disappointing meals a bottle of water and a tea. Although this doesn’t put us off as I would bring picnic next time. We love the grass area. Bouncy castle was a nice added extra but all bikes need to be looked at. Most don’t work. We will be back

User

We visited last week whilst on holiday in the area. I have mixed reviews. Some of the animals were fantastic. Like the wallaby walkthrough and the new red pandas. However the rest of the park was very run down. Lots of broken fences and an awful lot of brambles sticking out for little ones to run in to. It was quite difficult for my 2 year old daughter to see the tigers, rhinos etc......she did love the wallaby walkthrough. She loves goats but the walk through was very run down and the goats didn't look happy. My daughter was also very upset when she went to play on the bouncy castle but it was soaking wet so we had to take her off. It was a shame because I wanted to have a positive experience but a few things let it down.

User

Animals seemed well cared for, plenty of room to roam. A bit run down in places, paths are hard work if you're pushing a pram. Park could be kept tidier, brambles and debris in a lot of places. Cafe very limited, and too expensive. Disabled toilets / baby changing area needs attention, and cleaning. I know they're big on conservation, but don't neglect paying visitors. Wallaby enclosure lot of fun for youngsters. Tiger no where to be seen though, and warty pig. Few animal enclosures empty. Didn't mind the entrance fee, if it's being spent on conservation.

User

Such a disappointment. Park is very run down with a lot of brambles and broken fences. Couldnt find the tiger in its enclosure.... perhaps an enclosure where you could walk all the way around would be better. Warty pig was nowhere to be seen and also no sign of any monkeys on the so called island. No sign posts so had to rely on the little map to find everything. No bins around and dont get me started on the awful paths. Struggled to push my children around. Only positive was the wallabies walk and rhinos. That was brill but all in all deffo not worth the £40 we spent to get in. You pay the same price to get into folly farm and that is 100 times better.

User

Paid £40 for two adults and a child aged 2, baby went free, expensive for what is it, menu in cafe is very restricting and expensive not to mention the sandwiches we purchased were disgusting. The pathways were awful to push my daughter on :-(

Hardly any bins or recycling either! There needs to be more bins

The changing facilities/disabled toilets were absolutely filthy! Changing unit were covered in poo which I had to clean! Even cleaning that it still wasn't an improvement to the toilet itself! Could do with a refurb fitting on all toilets!

The indoor play area was ok although no air conditioning - the kids get hot very quickly!

I would've had a cheaper and better day out in folly farm :-/

User

The place looks very tired and could do with a really good clean and update. The animals looked well looked after well the ones that wasn’t locked up. There are some lovely birds hidden in a cage and hard to see due to a bush infront of them. Defiantly not worth £14 pp

User

The animals are well looked after which is nice to see. Well the ones that you can see anyway.

The complex as a hole is down and out and not looked after at all. ¬£40 for 2 adults and a child is expensive for what it is. Wish we took more time to visit West Midlands sorry but wouldn‚Äôt recommend and will not be revisiting ÔŅĹ

User

On the 2nd July I messaged the park requiring an enquiry. We had 2 dogs with us and asked if they had any kennelling facilities.( They had kennels at Knowsley Safari park) , we thought we would ask so that we could support them,and.. ...... I'm still waiting for my response. Needless to say we spent our money elsewhere!
