Abergele Place Plan is planning to install temporary pedestrian signs over the next few weeks. The temporary signs will signpost various places throughout the town, how long a walk it is and make fun suggestions on things to do. Before the signs appear, we’d be grateful if you could spare a few minutes of your time to complete a short survey on how you use Abergele town, its Parks and Pensarn area.

User

went today with my two grandchildren, son, daughter, and daughter in law, plus hubby too, we all had a great time, excellent value for money, very clean farm, and all the animals look so well looked after and happy, as an Abergele resident we feel so lucky to have this beautiful place on our doorstep, x

User

We are only here for a couple of nights but the site is handy for us,being only 28 miles from home, so good for a short break. The views are lovely, the pitches are large and level, the facilities are clean and functional. Laundry and freezer room. Golf course next door. Lovely walks from the site, 10 minutes walk into town where there's Tesco, Co-op, pubs etc. Buses from the main road to Prestatyn and Llandudno and all points between, station within walking distance. 25 minutes walk to the beach, beach shops and amusements. The beach is pebbles. Children's farm on site with goats and alpacas and food available in reception.

Visited in 2017 as a family with four children for the day to see the animals. We had a great day and stayed around 3 hours. Thought the entrance price good and there a lot of friendly animals to see and stroke. Went to a talk and the lady was very nice and friendly and the kids got to hold and stroke several animals. Will be returning when we come back in August 2018.

Very nice place and atmosphere

User

This was our 3rd visit in the last few months and will be returning.we are late bookers and the staff are always pleasant when speaking to you. Its lovely to see the animals as you go in, its quite impresive entering through the castle gate and the castle is within walking distance. The toilet/showers get grubby, they get cleaned, not had a problem with them myself. In some pitches you get a sea view in the distance. All in all its a small site and i hope it stays that way. Unfortunatly on the negative side this time our last night was spoilt by campers partying past midnight , not something the manorafon farm team can forsee i know but frustrating my non the less. Read the rules and regs people, i did, thats why i booked the place.

Superb!!! Superb!!! Superb!!!

Neat, tidy and friendly. Great pitch lay out sectioned off with open fencing. Lovely farm animals to see and donkey rides. Ice cream man arrives at 5pm, winner. Lovely loos and showers, washing up under the stars. Friendly staff. Laundry and freezer room. Great weekend. Abergele village was cute, few nice places to eat within 10 mins walk, Chinese restaurant, Indian take away, bar and grill, pizza, fish and chips, great coffee shop. Good butcher's for bbq stuff. Tesco for the essentials. Was a great spot, didn't want to come home, will defo visit again soon. Web site is great to book on, but also call the site as people don't turn up and we ended up on the terrace pitch, which was lovely, just that my family had 2 great spots on the low ground and a pitch next to them lay empty as no one turned up .

User

Spent a weekend here and it won't be our last!! Fantastic clean site. Great layout and clearly marked out pitches. Ideal place for a relaxing break. Shops 5 minutes walk and beach 10 minute walk. We booked a shaded pitch which we knew when booking as it clearly stated this. Not a problem to us at all but will definitely pick a sunnier pitch next time!! Showers and toilets immaculate and lovely and warm. Hairdryer 20p . We will definitely be returning!!

User

Lovely family campsite, we stayed there for 3 nights. Peaceful location, close to loads of places for days out. Toilets and showers were lovely and clean, great undercover pot wash area. Kids loved having the farm next door, discounted entry to the farm for people staying on site was a bonus! Had a lovely break, will definitely be back next year.

Just had a fab weekend here. 1st attempt at camping with my 14 and 6 yr old and we all had an amazing time and now have the camping bug. Lovely shaded pitch for tent and space for the kids to play and make friends. Facilities were great as were all the staff. Lots of time on the farm yesterday and so many new memories made. Will definitely be returning sometime. Thanks all.

User

Just got back from our first visit. Lovely site, hot showers and the toilets spotless. Free Wi-Fi. Great location as you can walk to town and shops. Bays are a good size and not cramped. The owners are very helpful. Would have liked to stay longer but they were fully booked. Will definitely be returning for another break. Had a stroll up to the castle and ate well at the George and Dragon in town. 5*

User

Just back from an amazing 3 nights here, our second time after first coming in 2016. Lovely family friendly site, my little boy loved the farm as did we and half price for staying guests makes it an absolute bargain. All the staff were lovely and friendly, the toilet block and showers always clean and although only two showers I never had to wait and it is only a short walk from all the pitches. Our pitch was huge and all hedged in so private and safe for our boy to run around. There have been lots of improvements to the site and to the farm since our last visit and work going on on the site looks like lots more is planned. A short walk into Abergele, to the shops and the beach and the castle just up the hill. An absolute gem of a place and hope to return!

User

It is a lovely place to stay my children think it's great and so do me and my family nice polite people and very clean facilities
