We had a beautiful meal in this hotel yesterday,the staff were very courteous and helpful, it was a great surprise to find children eat free on a Sunday, if in Bangor again I definitely would go in for a meal. Very Highly Recommend

We had Christmas dinner in Nelson's restaurant on Saturday night. I asked the chef if it was possible to have a different vegetarian option to the dish on the menu. I was made an absolutely lovely dinner and it was by far the best vegetarian Christmas meal out I've ever had. Thank you so much <3

Was our big day on sat 24th of March what a luvly hotel from the minute we booked we were treated like royalty and nothing was ever to much for them, had guests from all over Britain attending sorting rooms was no hassle at all and putting up with us all expecially the kids � till well in the early hours thank you again wedding ceremony and reception were decorated just beautiful N my master of ceremony was a total gentleman kept everything running smoothly and just perfect for us topping my drink up regularly �, food was outstanding with the most generous of portions given, we had the most wonderful wedding day and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

Staff was very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable the room presentation was done very well as i preposed to my partner there champaign rose pettles and chocolate strawberrys lined out as we entered the room we will be back in the future �

My husband and I have been going to the Marine Court Hotel now for three years for birthdays anniversaries and we also stayed last night for a treat after doing our Christmas shopping and I could not fault this place. Very friendly staff and the dining room has got a new look and new staff. We will definitely be back love the place

My husband & I can’t thank you enough for the amazing wedding we had in The Marine Court, the food was unbelievable and the service we got was faultless especially from Declan and Sarah. You made everything so simple and easy, the room was put together lovely, we couldn’t of asked for anything more you made it such a special day for us.

I booked here for a group of 30 girls for a hen party last weekend . I cud not fault one thing about our stay . Was dreading check in due to there being so many rooms booked .... we were sorted within 5 minutes !!! We had the Hamilton suite for dinner .... the servers were all fantastic! Very friendly and helpful . The food was gorgeous also !!! We then spent the evening in the bar where the bar staff were great ... the music was class ... and even the doormen were good Craic . The night staff , and receptionists were all very polite and helpful too . Breakfast didn't let the hotel down either . Perfect for the sore heads. We left Bangor a very happy group of hens with some amazing memories from this hotel . Will definitely be back again !!! Thank you to everyone from the hotel who made our night so great ���

Have stayed here quite a few times over the years never seems to disappoint all the staff from the reception to the restaurant and bars are excellent very attentive and professional. Marine Court has something for everyone, highly recommended and can only rate this place a well earned 5*****stars. Can wait to visit again.

Had my wedding here on saturday hotel put on a great show food was first class and Declan and Peter were very helpful as were all staff in all aspects of hotel duties. I would recommend here for a wedding see Arlene she is excellent. Thankyou from my wife and I �

Fantastic hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist (sorry I forgotten your name) but she was excellent. A true professional and ambassador of the hotel. I really can't fault anything here at Marine Court. Lovely staff, food and all round service. Thank you.

I went yesterday for lunch with Santa it was.good the kids loved it the only thing I would say is that my child didn't eat because the music was on so my be everyone should get dinner then start the disco

Every year we go and attend the old years night at the Marine Court Hotel and every year it's different. The set up for the meal is in the restaurant or within the ballroom wherever it is the food is always excellent the service provided is always second to none!!

The live group this year was missing but an excellent evening none the less thoroughly enjoyed by all!!!!!!

Went into the hotel at around 6.30 or so on Saturday evening. Even though there were not many in the restaurant at that time it took a while before our food was served but when it came it was superb. Really filling. The staff themselves were excellent. They could not have been more helpful

Went for 5 pound lunch yesterday staff lovely but food wasn't the best the veg was hard chicken half raw n mash very bland won't be back im afraid sorry

One of the most disorganised children's events I've ever been to, constantly running out of chips is an absolute joke. Ive always regarded the Marine Court hotel an upscale establishment, however, after today I'm compelled to point a few things out. Our table was given to someone else, the Beef was extremely dry, the menu selection for the children was very poor and even the desserts were rubbish. If this was my first visit I would definitely not be back. You need to buck your ideas up because my family and I felt a bit ripped off and this was all before one of the servers made a comment on my father in laws size. Im off to McDonald's.

twice wr have eaten there and twice it has been crap management needs to get their act to gather and the owner mr diamond my granddaughter got fish half cooked and chips have cooked bread role still had the paste inside it proud to go to the marine court bot not anymore

Where do i start!!!!! Arrived at room 303.. the smell of the room was disgusting!!!! Like really fusty.. like a sewage smell.. opened double doors to help slightly. Went to the receptionist and the fella highlighted that you need to run the water taps.. he said he would do this while we were out! On return to the the place still smelt the same and to sleep with balcony doors open. Considering this was an executive room i would dread to see the standard rooms. The man this morning at reception stated this was an ongoing problem and periodic...pure unacceptable and stated sorry about that...This morning at breakfast we ordered off menu and got 1 slice of toast bacon and poached egg... when asked could you order anything additional was told no sorry! How embarrassing.. the breakfast was pre paid!! Although the next part is nothing to do with the hotel it just made a bad experience worse.. my car was keyed outside the hotel causing £500 worth of damage and a police report later!! Avoid at all costs unless you want to stay in a hostel like property..

Stayed here last night in room 303 as a cafe business owner I work 7 days a week. I was looking forward to my break away here to relax. After rushing here after work yesterday all I wanted was to get showered ready and out for dinner and drinks. On arrival to our room it smelt of what smelt like sewage. I complained to the fella on reception and he said the taps need run and he would do this while we were out. When we got back the room still stunk really bad we couldn’t even take a pee and had to keep bathroom door closed to keep the smell in. We also had to sleep with balcony doors open all night due to the smell in the room. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing morning and a day in Bangor today on my day of. I couldn’t wait to check out this morning at 9.25 . I also said to same guy who was still on reception about the smell in room has it happened before and he said it’s been a ongoing problem. I don’t think they should be charging hard working people £100 plus for a over night stay here untill they fix this problem. It’s disgusting . Will never recommend to anyone.
