Marks & Spencer Llandudno

For somewhere the size of Llandudno the Marks and Spencer store is larger than you would expect. The shop is split into two stores, about 50 metres from each other. The larger has the food store, all women's clothes, household items and accounts etc. The other has men's clothes and children's ware.

Inside, things are much as you would expect from M and S, though because it comprises the two stores there is more room than in some. It has a cafe in the larger store It is considered by many to be the best branch with the best stock of any in North Wales.

Was not happy with the confusion of offers nor the fact the poor guy was told to mark down my shopping then his manageress came back to say no it was all wrong choices of my own shop and then went to show me what went with what which I didn't want and price labels weren't clear but no apologies from herself I do understand company policy but simple things are facts Why make it so difficult for your Shoppers

Good food hall. And separate men's wear which is good. Everything under one roof, plenty of choice

I visit the cafe here most Saturdays as it's part of my son's weekend routine, he is autistic and needs to learn to integrate with older people and develop social skills. The staff are fantastic, can't fault any of them but Rosa, in particular, is lovely and welcoming even when my lad is having a bad day. Great coffee, great staff and if I'm lucky I can get some great clothes too!

A great place esp for food shopping. All staff are friendly & very helpful. Car collect service is much appreciated.

I loathe shopping and for jeans most of all.
Really good service when walked in, given the info needed and then left alone, no constant checking, just a "If you need help ask."
Shop was clean and neat.
Was queuing to pay for all of 2 minutes before a third till was opened for us - top notch even by my grumpy standard.

Cafe right at back of store and was a little difficult to manoeuvre in there with buggy, though once seated service was swift and staff were helpful

I visited this afternoon and would like to say how polite and helpful the staff were. From the lady in the bra fitting dept , the lady at the fragrance dept and the 2 young ladies on the homewares pay counter. M&S you should be very proud of your staff.

Wasn't able to see the entire store. Still, were able to visit the cafe which was a good stand. Lots of room and bright. Found the cafe was clean. It was also good to see the amount of seating in various places in the store.
