Awful, clean your own table etc. Avoid at all cost! Terrible service

Staff always friendly and curtious. Always ready to help

Very pleasant cafe staff but very very very slow understaffed and disorganised. For what is charged more staff could be afforded.

I visited the Park Trostre store today with my Mother and saw some lovely curtains in the sale for £89 (originally £179). I intended to buy them but wanted to have a look at them out of the packaging before spending almost £90 to make sure there were no faults as the packaging was already open, when a male member of staff strutted over and asked what we were doing, I explained that I wanted to see the curtains open before I bought them and to my surprise he told me rather bluntly "Well you can't " I then asked "I can't?" and he rudely replied "No" . I told him that I didn't want them then if I couldn't see them first and he gave me a filthy look, watched me put the curtains back in the packaging and then he stormed off. He did not offer to open them for me or explain why. That man had NO customer service or decent communication skills whatsoever, which is a shame as the rest of the staff are very polite and helpful. He just made himself look very silly!

The staff are friendly and provide a good service in the restaurant. The restaurant is as attractive as a garden shed with exposed steelwork which distracts from a visit. Would your customers put up with this in your OXFORD STREET BRANCH, the answer is NO!

We visited the food hall and decided to have coffee and a snack in the cafeteria ,waited over 30 minutes to get served. Very disappointed ,only one person providing all the service . This was the longest wait I've experienced and bother to go there in future.

Excellent day out just looking around the shopping centre and stopping for something to eat. Highly recommended.

Okay so M&S is sometimes pricey and i cant say i ever go into the store gor a browse but if an online sale is on I order and pay for my goods n have them delivered free yo the store, great

Went here to purchase bras was looking round when approached by a lady called janette who was absolutely amazing she measured me turns out my bras were way too small helped me in selecting bras which would suit informed me of all I needed to know nothing was trouble for this lady really pleasant shopping trip so much so will be returning with my daughters to get them measured and purchase what they need thankyou very much Jannett
