Got everything I wanted. Very friendly assistant.perhaps when a till needs to be opened a fairer way off taking the next in line to the till?a till was opened and two people behind me jumped the queue.very annoying. But otherwise a pleasant visit.

Good variety of good and clothing and plenty of free parking to choose from. The café upstairs is ok but not cheap and it's always rather busy so he up for a wait in line!

Sales area clean and tidy with a reasonable selection of clothes. Great food hall.
All staff were polite and friendly.

Standard medium sized M&S store with clothes, limited furniture and a good Foodhall. Easy ,free parking. Easy access.

M&S has gone downhill, we all know that. The reduction in size of products to the downgrading of quality is readily apparent. However it still has some items that are attractive. This particular store however has a serious problem with staff morale. If you want to see depression visit here.

Good place to shop and eat. Usually quiet, except for the cafe at lunchtime. Good food and drink.
