Marks & Spencer Swansea

Staff are mostly polite & normally helpful. Convenient cafe & toilets. Good choice of menswear. Good location.

When it comes to food it's hard to beat Swansea's M&S store. City centre convenience at its best.

This is my favourite store of all, love M&S, the food Hall is superb, fabulous sandwiches and take away section, the store is lovely inside with restaurant and is accessible too all, not a huge store compared to some, but the best stores in Swansea definitely. Without this store,Swansea central would be very dull.

The size is good. Not sure if the branch is good in comparison to others. The school where is good and do sell a range of products. Mainly for women. They have a Cafe upstairs (top floor) and restrooms. They have a foodstore also. The quality is vary good but expensive. Thing of it like you're shopping at Waitrose.

A nice spacious store it has three floors. Nice friendly staff. They have a great food hall. Plenty of room to get around the store easily. There is also a restaurant which I can't really comment on as I haven't eaten there yet but looks nice. Only bad comment is the toilets are not very up to date and not the best.

Bright, clean store with eady access to Swansea's main shopping street.A small car park at the rear.

Big store with two and half floors of clothes, a café and large food section. Well maintained and well stocked.

Big store. Lots of choice. Food hall is weirdly placed at the back of the store and there are on downward escalators (only up) - odd. Could do with updating.

The cafe is spotless and the staff are lovely. They're always cheerful, engaging and more than willing to help. Service with a smile is standard for this store.
A good selection of food and fantastic cakes are available as well as a range of different beverages.
The food hall is well stocked and again, staff are helpful and cheery.
If I had one complaint it is sometimes on the chilly side but the friendliness of the staff makes up for this.
