Great food selection nice cafe but clothing selection for men limited and women not much better it's saving Grace are staff

Shopping for my bits and bobs on a fairly regular basis. Find it very easy to get around with my assistance dog and my power chair. Always find the staff friendly and willing to help when needed.

Good facilities, but smaller on the inside than it looks with a lot of space given over to the (good but expensive) food hall, so carries a limited range as a result. M&S seems quite content to cater for the older generation these days too, which means it attracts it's fair share of 'slow moving traffic' shall we say 😉

I am a regular vistiter once a week and buy alot clothes jewelery and my make up fom m&s as and when needed! Also i spend about £130 a week on food shopping for myself and my mum who i live with, and also for my grandparents to,as we all love your food but i have been in the cafes in both wrexham and cheshire oaks many times and eaten different things from a toasty, jackets pots and the last meal i had was the fish and chips and it was awfull as every meal i have eaten has been terrible and i cant understand how this can be as m&s is a quality store thoughout and the food to buy is lovely but the cafes are just terrible and not good choices of anything and i have wasted alot of money now and i will not be eating in them anymore which i am very sad and dissapointed about and genuinely feel as if i should have some sort of refund as this has happened to many times. Im not the sort of person to complane about things normally but in light of the amount and time and money i spend spend in m&s i just feel i have to speak about this as i would like to be able to eat in the cafes.

The staff are this places saving grace. It's like they hire only lovely humans.

Good food selection, but clothes section leaves a lot to be desired.
