Marmaris Grill

Thank you very much for your great customer service that we have received, when we had to be diverted whilst on route to pick up our order due to a road traffic accident. Mamaris grill very kindly delivered. The food is excellent.

The wrong order and go the the food I assed to seek to the manager and was cut off numebr of time and I ask to seek to the manager and the women on the phone just said he was to busy to talk to me not impressed

Best Kebabs for miles the grill specisls are highly recommended

Ordered a large mixed meat pizza and had a sausage pizza with 1 or 2 pieces of bacon. Rung to discuss and was told there's nothing they can do as we had ate half of it. Absolutely disgusted with customer service. Was sssooooo looking forward to a marmaris pizza too 😔😔

Customer service shocking waited 2 hours for our food when they said 45 minutes and when the food turned up it was cold would not recommend to anyone

Brilliant kebab shop. Ordered lots of times. Chicken shish is lush and has a really nice flavour. All the salad is nice and fresh. Kofta kebab also really tasty. Not tried anything else apart from kebabs and their flavoured chips which are addictive. Vast majority of the time the deliveries are quick and on time. Had one or two slightly late ones but that's on really busy nights and the food has still been excellent.

Best tasting kebabs in the Gwent area....nice & friendly staff, prompt service & delivery. Garlic sauce is thick & creamy & not watered down like most places. Excellent standard of cleanliness....A+++++

Regular customer - however will no longer be.
Food was 50 minutes late. When it did arrive it was incorrect. Called to explain and got told a long excuse about how drivers had let them down etc & they would replace my food but wanted the first delivery handed back?? For what purpose other than the bin I have no idea. New delivery came within 20 minutes, so this is now nearly 2 and a half hours since ordering - chicken shish tasted awful. Rubbery and chewy. Curry was overwhelmingly salty.
So not only is the customer service horrendous.the food is inedible. Will never order again!
