my good lady and i received delivery of a ring today in Paisley scotland..well chuffed we were anxious before arrival however a great product and we are very very happy. great speed of delivery. We were initially concerned about ordering online however the wee interview with your good lady on facebook enhanced our trust meter... due to the lovely nature of your good lady...and that will tell you that facebook "does" work.......will be back for a look see soon regards Eric n Tracy

This business is set in an atmospheric row of traditional shops. The charm continues inside, with expertise, experience and courteous personal service. On the most recent visit I wanted a gold ring and there were plenty to choose from at affordable prices.

The staff are brilliant and have always been polite and never pressure you into buying anything ,

The main thing I have to say is that I trust them and trust in my eyes go's a long way !!!!!

My fiancé lost the stone out of her engagement ring Martin Rees could not do enough for her to get her ring repaired.we are both extremely happy with their service and professionalism

Just received another ring this morning and I love it, fits perfect. I've never bought without physically seeing something but this is the third ring I've ordered and not been disappointed. Big thank you. Highly recommended x

I took my charm bracelet in to have 12 charms put on it. They did an excellent job and also cleaned my bracelet so it looked really great when I picked it up. Also the charms were added at a very agreeable price. Many thanks. Will continue to use your shop for future purchases.

I am so glad I found your shop online. I really love old jewellery - the settings are lovely. I purchased a gold rope chain last week. It arrived the next day and I am thrilled with it. It is a pity I missed out on the first chain I ordered, but on reflection I think I am better off with the thicker one I now have.

Fantastic service, lovely and very helpful staff. They carried out a beautiful repair on my mum's engagement ring. She's is very happy with the work. Definitely the place to go to for help and advice on how to restore or replace sentimental items.

So after many years of being a loyal customer I will not be visting or buying again, i brought a braclet in a while ago to have a new clasp and ring put on, the lady serving me told me I would be just as well just having the clasp and just hook it where i needed to, So new clasp and solder, 38 pound which i payed for on the day,Collected a week or so ago with a nice new shiny gold clasp which DOES NOT fit over the braclet so clasp is not fit for the purpose. Managed to get to town today to take it back (disabled) so dont go town often and told i will have to have it sent off again to have the ring cut off and soldered where it need to be at yet more cost. Now the extra cost to solder i can understand but had they listened to me when i first asked it would of been done, i would also presume that as they supplied the clasp they should of made sure they sold me one that at least fitted and would do the job it was ment to do, plus another vist to town to pick it up again! Result, well i too it elsewhere to have it done, Sorry that 2 shopers that will go somewhere else from now on
