Masons were professional and courteous, the workers were polite and patient. Masons worked in difficult circumstances and were cheaper than the other removal firm I approached. Would definitely recommend again.

We have used Masons - and wouldn't dream of using anyone else! - on several occasions. In our experience, they have always been extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Our latest move involved taking all our possessions into store as we moved out of our old home before moving into our new one. On both occasions the removal crews were great and we didn't have to worry about anything as they all knew exactly what they were doing. Pricing for the job was also very competitive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Mason's have moved us overseas twice now and we would have nothing but praise for everybody involved. The management team explained things clearly and made the whole process go very smoothly. The packing crew were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. And no breakages!

Mason's were both courteous and very patient. My husband, who is after a stroke and found the move rather bewildering, had countless pots and plants he wanted to take from the 'old' garden and kept changing his mind what to take and what to leave. The people in the office took all this in their stride. On the day of the removal, the lads who came were amazing. They packed us up, efficiently, pots and plants included. We were delayed by the completion and transfer of money and I was concerned as to how we shall find our new home. I need not have worried. The beds had been reassembled, in the correct rooms, and the boxes left in the lounge which meant that we could unpack fairly quickly the following day. There was only one casualty - a wine glass.
Arranging storage facilities, for things my husband could not part with, could not have been easier either.

Masons helped me moved home, their service was professional, efficient and quick. don't think things have been gone so smoothly if we had tried to do this on our own.

Used Masons last Friday for my house move. Their team was superb. They worked tirelessly to empty our house efficiently, nothing was too much trouble including dismantling the children's beds.
At our new house they covered the carpets with protective matting, rebuilt the kids beds and placed all our possessions in the right room. They certainly helped to make the day as easy as possible. Thanks to Martin, Alex and Andrew for all their hard work.
