So glad I choose Masons storage to help with my de-cluttering, the staff are really helpful, 24hr access is great for the hours I work, and the units are clean and spacious, and very accessible and safe, I'm really happy to recommend Masons, and have done so to friends and my clients.

I used Mason Self Storage while waiting to sign for my property in France, we found the lock up unit to be very clean, secure and tidy at all times and access was never a problem. The staff were always very helpful and I would definitely recommend their service to anyone. We also used Mason's to transport our property over to France when the time came which was great as everything in storage was listed and packed by Mason's ready for transportation, made life so easy for us.
I would add that the people in France who received the goods on our behalf were most impressed by the delivery men from Mason's.
Will definitely be using the service again.

From the initial enquiry right through to my termination of contract Mason's have been fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to the needs of their customer. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

We used Masons when we moved house. After contacting other companies, who barley spoke to me on the phone, Masons was the only one who invited us to visit their facility and look at the various sizes of storage units available with no obligation. We dealt with James who was polite, knowledgeable and listened to what we required. At no time were we pressured into renting a unit. The 24 hour access and security made it easy for us, as we both work fulltime. It was only a short term rent, but would definitely recommend Masons and use them again.
