Appalling customer service! I went in with an amazon return. The girl on the counter said she needed the bottom of the address slip despite explaining to her that Amazon instructions said to put that inside the package. I explained the bar code was the same and she insisted it wasn’t and therefore would not even try to scan informing me quite arrongantly that there was no point!! I suggested opening the envelope and taking it out if she could sellotape it back down. She informed me that it was for shop use only!! I asked that it’s only 6 inches and she absolutely refused!! I had to drive all the way home and come back only for her to inform me it was in fact the same! Then she said they don’t accept those Pass the Parcel ones even though she initially that it did. Definitely customer service is not a high priority!!! Terrible service!!!!
