Mcdonald'S

Actually a pretty good McDonald's, again franchised so they take a lot of pride in what they are doing. Closed for a bit recently whilst they did some alterations, they really do think about the customer experience and like the other franchises from the same people, it's always clean. Very small car park but in a good location, just off the roundabout and easy to get back on the A road via the industrial estate.

Bad staff well thr youngsters are good lot of miserable ones there food ok nothing more

Did not have food just a coffee and a meet. Looks ok. Fast food is not my thing. Apart from that staff was helpful and efficient and all was in order.

I had been sitting down in McDonald's for just over 20 minutes and one of the member of staff kept glaring at me making me and my friend uncomfortable and then she comes over and rudely says 'Are you finished girls? Because you have been here too long! We have other customers who need seats. Get out!' And ushered us out. So we had to stand outside. Bearing in mind I still hadn't finished my food, I had been there for just over 20 minutes and there was people in there who had been there before us were not kicked out which makes no sense. I did not appreciate being shouted at

Terrible customer service today after recieving a half melted McFlurry with no toppings. After asking to recieve a new one at the counter I was told the caramel toppings were mixed in. Again I asked another member of staff who said " Ask the till, I dont work at the till " very rudely simply because I was a teenager. Very dissapointing and hoping for a reply ASAP.

Good points the chips where fresh and the tea was hot.
Bad points nobody at the service counter had to wait a good while.
Not offerd any sauces not given a napkins and chicken legend was over cooked to crisp chicken very dry and the lettuce was weak and limp.
And soon as he gave me my back he closed the window and was off like a shot 😈😈😈

Always very busy with crouds of children just sitting and not eating. Very different to find an empty seating area. Mostly at weekends or during the holidays. Other than that good staff

Great coffee as all mcd's outlets. Good drive though for the tradesmen

You know what you are getting and they are as good as any

Went there last night,my girlfriend ordered a large chicken nugget meal and was given medium. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was inedible. The burgers were so burnt they were turning to powder in my mouth and it tasted really sour. Honestly the worst meal I have ever had from McDonald's and I'm so disappointed because we were the only ones there! It wasn't even busy! A complaint will be going in.

Very helpful staff. Modern style. Cheap food
