We are after a maintenance person, 2/3 days per week, managing and maintaining the external cleanliness of the restaurant as well as storage areas and other bits of DIY as and when needed. Please either comment or inbox us (bulk of work will be outdoors though). Please share

Our restaurant and the restaurant in the town centre are currently trialling the new McDelivery. This is something our customers have been requesting for a long time. It is quite simple to use, you need to download the Uber Eats app (attached) and See if your house is currently covered in the area Uber deliver to and then order.
We deliver breakfast and main menu and the times are on the app. Please share to let everyone know 😊

We are raising some money in the restaurant for RMHC selling these lovely cuddly toys, they are £2.99 each or all 4 for £10, if you buy all 4 together they come in a presentation box.

From 15th October the old £1 coin will no longer have any value, we are still seeing an awful lot coming in to our tills! Please be careful

To the young lad at the window in the red Cardiff city football top...Your attitude and manors were amazing and your bubbly attitude was absolutely perfect ! Top lad �Food was hot and fresh��

Sophie the manager was wonderful at helping my vegetarian daughter get exactly what she wanted. Very pleasent staff and service today 5*�. I wont ever use Spytyy mcds again after staff refused to do veggie wrap and pickles!! �

I won't go to any other McDonalds locally. By far the best service and they never mess orders up (unlike Pontypool). ��

Best McDonald's in the region, great food and service never had a cold chip or warm coke which seems to be the standard meal in pontypool

Best McDonald's ever. The staff are lovely! The food excellent and the premises are always immaculately clean x

Always preferred this McDonalds out of them all, and this evening we all came after watching fireworks... my cousin suffers from travel sickness and was ill outside the restaurant, the staff were great, cleaned it up, even though I offered and made sure he had some water. Very kind of you, and didn't make me feel at all uncomfortable unlike a rude, arrogant customer that had just left... can't choose your customers hey! Thankyou! We will be sure to visit agin! �

It is what it is, I'm in the Lynne Road branch most Fridays, the food is good, staff are always polite & the young girl who cleans up etc works bloody hard!

Vile food was just served to me. Easily been sat there for hours and stuck to the cardboard!! Never going there again!

Very disappointed last night... I am a vegan but I prefer to have a wrap rather than a bun. The McDonald's in town always substitute the meat in a wrap for a veggie burger with BBQ sauce. Tonight we were told that this wasn't possible at your branch. Considering there is only 2 vegan items on your menu I don't think it is too much to ask for some variety! Large fries only half filled as well. Think I will be sticking to the McDonald's in town.

Order was completely wrong how a fiesta burger sounded like 2 double cheese burgers I will never know, food was cold and both cokes were half full and watered right down!! Epic fail mcdonalds... epic fail.

I'm writting this review on the staff's behaviour not about the service at the restaurant. It seems that a manager seems it hilarious to take photos of two staff members in comprimising postions and the send these pictures to the unsuspecting girlfriend at home. All 3 staff involved thought this was a great joke on a night out! I appreciate this was done outside of working hours but all staff advertise they work at this store on their fb accounts, so it does not look good for the company at all. I would expect better conduct from all involved. Even worse their attitude after the event has been appalling, no remorse for destroying this poor girl. Sickening, I would be far more choosy who I employ.

Got my order wrong when using the drive-thru and when told of their error all we could hear was the girl (who took our order) calling us f*cking twats and f*cking pathetic!!!
