SO AS WE PACK UP FOR OUR XMAS BREAK ID LIKE TO WISH ALL OUR CUSTOMERS OLD AND NEW A HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CUSTOM.. WE HAVE HAD A VERY GOOD YEAR AND LOOK FORWARD TO 2019 WITH ALREADY SOME EXCITING THINGS LINED UP.. ALSO ID LIKE TO THANK EVERYBODY INVOLVED IN MDL SUCH AS ARCHITECTS SCAFFOLDERS, PAINTERS, ELECTRICIANS, PEMBROKESHIRE BUILDING SUPPLIES ETC. BUT MOST OF ALL THE BOYS WITH ME DAY TO DAY I REALLY COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU ALL... WORKS DRINKS TOMORROW THEN SOME WELL EARNED TIME OFF WITH OUR FAMILIES... ALSO A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO KELIAN AS SHE KEEPS ME CALM WHEN SOMETIMES THINGS GET ON TOP AND ITS HER AND THE KIDS I DO THIS FOR.. STAY SAFE AND HAVE A GOOD ONE GUYS.. 👍👍 MIKEY.

All go here on this renovation.. wall down to make open plan. Footings done and 6" block pillars built ready for steels to carry floor joist to form a new bedroom in the roof space which has always been wasted space.. Also new windows have been fitted.. MDL

Here is a video of the finished new build extention including part renovation of the recent job we have just completed.. day one of this job was started on the 17th august so we are pleased with the timescale in and out... All of us at MDL are pleased once again with the outcome and we hope that the family this job was done for enjoy there changes to there home. RESTORATION PROJECT DAY 1.. Time to transform this old cottage back to its former glory. We love a project like this here @ MDL....

Velux windows fitted with cambrian resin slates for a modern finish...

Roof truses put in place today ready to build gable tomorrow then carry on with the roof..

A big steel rsj being brought in today and put in place ready for a 5 metre bifold door in an extention we have on the go at present...

Here are a few pictures of the outside of a recent completed job.. extention, gable end taken out and glazing fitted and finished off with a balcony.. also an added feature of a fishpond.. all work completed by mdl and the other tradesmen that we use... job satisfaction for me on this one.. great customers and we hope they enjoy there changes made to their home.

After a week off waiting for steels to be delivered we finally have the roof joists on and ready to be boarded....

What a fab job mikey and his boys did. We had our living room and hallway ceilings done, our kitchen ripped back to the bare walls and extended slightly and a new fitted kitchen put in along with new tiles put down. Very professional, great value and excellent quality of work. Would recommend to anyone. Anymore work we need doing on our two properties we will be going to MDL. Thanks guys.

We’ve recently had our slabs laid by Mikey. Outstanding service and attention to detail, no messing you about, gets in, gets the job done, no mess left at the end of the day and all the rubbish cleared away at the end of the job. I cannot recommend Mikey enough, very pleased with the outcome ����

We used MDL services for various jobs to enable us to get our new cafe open (building, plastering, plumbing and carpentry work) every job was done on time and to the highest standard possible! Even better the price was the best locally too! Thank you Mikey �

We had MDL services to renovate a store room into a downstairs shower room. Fabulous job completed start to finish in 6 days. First class work done by great guys with no mess left at the end of each day. Thank you so much Mike & John, amazing team that I would highly recommend

I had both the front & back of my house hacked off and re-dashed with the Gold dash. Everything was taken care of & I'm very pleased with the finished product. Completed to a deadline, to a high standard and at a very reasonable cost. I'd have him back!
