We supply food of a family bakery from Puglia, based in south Wales, producers and developers of premium fresh pasta, and Sport Pasta, Artisan bread, Focaccia and various Mediterranean flour-based products, hand stretching and using acients mediterranean methods and ingredients. We combine our innovative and passionate approach to food with 40 years of experience within the food and hospitality industry. Our traditional Italian products is made using a slow fermentation process. We are able to use several different types of both conventional and organic flour in our breads, following Acient recipes, we specialise mainly in a range of different breads. These include Altamura style bread that is is made with durum wheat ( remilled semolina), and is known for it’s characteristic yellow colour and caramel flavour, Spelt mixed bread and Pane Toscano unsalted bread. We also offer Pane Cafone, a Napoletean-style bread made with durum wheat, soft wheat ‘0’ flour, and a touch of Rye, with a hint of sourness. Lastly, we offer our Pane Mediterraneo; olives, sun-dried tomato, capers and herbs. All our breads are made with our own ‘cultured natural leven’ giving them an outstanding shelf-life . They are suitable for freezing, and fully baked.
