This is absolutely what I am planning on doing this weekend, as soon as I finish work tomorrow I will be heading off to the wonderful city of Liverpool for some much needed R & R with some of my besties 🖤 if any of you have any tips on how you like to unplug please share 😁 I’m always open to some inspo on how to unwind 🧘🏻‍♀️

I feel truly blessed to be surrounded by some of the most amazing women, you all inspire and support me in so many ways, so cheers to my beautiful friends, family and not forgetting my lovely clients 🥂

I try and drink warm lemon water every morning, sometimes I fail but the mornings I succeed I do feel a difference,and as my skin and my body could do with the detox atm, I will be stepping up my game each morning 🍋💦💪
