On Tuesday my outlook email was hacked and over 800 people were sent a scam email titled 'MAVERICKS OF TENBY LTD TENDER PROPOSAL' it looked professional and even had my signature line and contact details as my emails normally have … it was asking people to open a Share-point link to view files but then nothing happens … what does actually happen is it gives them hidden access to your emails to monitor, clone and interce...pt without you being aware … also I discovered the hard way yesterday it also contains a virus that corrupts your computer and in my case destroyed the laptop OS and fried the power circuits … my laptop was a paperweight. After 4 and half hours in PC World and £1k outlay on new laptop software etc and the fee for the data recovery service I walked out of the store with the ability to continue work … however I have lost the last 3 days worth of files and data and also some archived files …. all I have left of my old laptop is the hard drive …. These Hackers have no regard for what disruption and damage they cause but please share my post with all your friends and contacts to see if wee can help others avoid what happened to me on this … If it looks professional it is worth checking if any doubt exists because all this could happen by just one click on the mouse / icon ... Hi all ... for anyone interested as we have just started as a Bushcraft company in Pembrokeshire and have taken on a 10 acre+ area of Wild woodland to base our activities from ... whilst the site is being gradually cleared and shaped to use as a Bushcraft base I think it is perfect for anyone interested in using for Wild Camping ... at £8 per person per night ... there are no facilities on site yet and the money raised from any wild camping will got completely towards funding... our installation of composting toilets, clearing the sediment buildup in the water courses, putting out boxes for birds, owls and bats and to get a basic standpipe on the site. The current state of the woodland is dense and wild with streams full of sediment intersecting it and a pond that has been partially reclaimed by the woodland over the last 20+ years of being left unused ... there is access from the road and a farm shop within walking distance (not sure on opening hours in winter though) ... The site offers that wild and untouched experience for the extreme camper / bushman .... plenty of wildlife, variety of trees and plenty of firewood. ... Campers will be expected to leave the site as it was on arrival and respect the woodland .... also wild camping will be at campers own risk (as will be detailed on booking agreement prior to arrival ... stating site boundaries, and site rules. ... if anyone is interested please contact Paul via messanger or by email at merlinbushcraft@outlook.com for more details
