We had such a lovely reception from staff today at our first visit to Merlins magic (there will be many more) Our daughter absolutely loved being in the sensory room and every effort to accommodate her disability was made. Having recently been in the children's hospital in Cardiff and experiencing their sensory room my expectations were high and merlins magics sensory room far exceeded them. Both the room and equipment were on a bigger and better scale and our daughter loved every second she was in there. We also couldn't believe the price �� we will definitely be regular customers and spreading the word.

We celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday here back in April! The staff were amazing, so helpful especially as at the time I had a month old baby too and was still recovering. Merlin's magic was a brilliant place to have her party, all the kids were safe, could have a great time in the soft play area, food was freshly cooked and delicious. There was also plenty of parking too!

I would and have already recommended Merlin's magic it's ideal and great value for money!

We booked a 4th birthday party at Merlins and I wouldn't hesitate in doing it again. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. All of the children had a wonderful time and the new Castle party area added something extra special to the party. Couldn't recommend booking your child's party here enough. Thank you so much for making it completely stress free. ☺️

Took the grandchildren today, lovely time had by all. Always clean and staff very friendly. Food was very good.

The place reeks of deep fried food ....the constant high pitched screaming of children is an assault on the senses, but what else do you expect? My grandson loves it and always begs to visit when he comes to stay with me.....so I grit my teeth and grin and bear it...the staff are lovely the decoration is fantastic, and the play areas are well thought out....it's the only place my 7yr old wants to go and that's good enough for me ....keep up the good work ...

Second visit with the children from my workplace yesterday I have visited many soft play centres in different areas over time with my own son and I have to say Merlins magic is the best by far, the staff are always friendly, food is 1st class and 1 of the biggest things ive noticed is the cleaniness of the whole place it is maintained and kept spotless which personally to me is a big plus in such an environment. Well done team

keep up your good work.

My daughter (1yr old) always has a brilliant time here, we were here yesterday while santa was there in his grotto and it was lovely, the kids could go in to see him when ever they wanted. Lovely staff and always polite and helpful �� x

Merlins Magic is a great venue for families with young children.

The facilities are good. The staff are caring and friendly. The food

and drink is good.

It is a well maintained and clean facility. I have been here several times with my grandchild and at children's parties.

We have always had a good time.

Lovely visit today while on holiday with my little one. Staff were really kind, friendly and accomodating especially when we lost our table when we went to order food. They found a space for us at a table reserved for a party later in the day and ensured we received our food before the party guests arrived, and if that wasn't enough they also found and reserved us another table to go to after we finished our food!



The atmosphere overall is very friendly and relaxed. The play areas are well thought out and clean and tidy. It made it really easy to stay a long time :-)

I always visit when staying with my family in Wales. I had the pleasure of visiting over the Christmas period when it was extremely busy but staff still pleasant and helpful. The free Santa and grotto was a bonus and he spent time with all 3of mine asking questions and listening, his helper was very pleasant too and posed for photos. A great bargain. Keep up the good work v

Having a caravan in Manorbier I was looking for a soft play to take my little one to for those rainy days. Using google Merlins popped up and not being too far we thought we'd give it a go. So glad we did, my 2 year old loved it, I loved it and my mum (who'd never been to soft play before) was really impressed. We had food too and that was lovely also. Will be making this a regular spot from now on

Had my twins 4th birthday party here this afternoon and cannot thank the staff enough. Excellent service, brilliant food!! Will certainly be back for the next birthday �

Fantastic staff, nice and secure play area for my nearly 3 year old.

My daughter hurt herself last week after 20 mins of being her and staff couldn't be more helpful and even allowed me to take her out to checked by doctor and let us come back n continue our time her as she was given all clear.



Can't wait to bring her back as she loves it

Fantastic party � last weekend for our daughters 5th birthday. Around 15-20 kids but the whole thing was well organised, thought and planned out and the kids had a great time. For 2 hours of playtime including food it's fantastic value for money and the staff were brilliant all day. It's the second party we've done there and it is well worth it.

By far the best soft play I've ever used. A regular here and I must say the staff are incredible! Nothing is too much trouble, they are efficient, very clean and the food is great.

They have great customer service that is second to none and to me the reason I have been returning almost weekly for the past few years!

Keep it up Merlins Magic ��
