Thank you so much to Stacey and all the staff for all your hard work over the last few days, you have not only kept the pub running on form but helped out before the pub opened providing hot drinks to nhs staff and the general public stranded on Llandough hill, when we came in on Friday it felt like a community Center where everyone wanted to be and felt safe and warm with a fantastic atmosphere. X

Just had one of the best Sunday Pub Roasts for a while and thoroughly enjoyed it, as did my wife. Told there was a 40 minute wait for food, which wasn't a problem for us, but food turned up after about 25 minutes. Could not fault the food or service.

I've only recently been using the merrie harrier to take my family for a meal however every meal we have had there has been cooked the way we've asked and the portions have been plenty. We've tried many places across the vale but we keep going back here. Keep doing what you're doing. ’┐Į

Highly recommend if you want lovely pub food at good prices. Served by very pleasant and courteous staff

Had a great time here on new years eve. Staff were friendly and happy and although it was very busy we never waited long at the bar and there wasnt any trouble either. Brilliant!! Well done to all the staff who worked so hard to make it an enjoyable night and thank you x

Great cozy little pub! The staff are Friendly the atmoshpher nice and the food is amazing.

Nice place for quiet meal good food tidy pint of beer, would go there again..

I've think the food is lovely and good value. I've eaten here a few times and only had one issue which was my chips tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil. That's has just happened once! In all fairness. Good size portions the staff are very nice and friendly and has a nice atmosphere. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side but it is owned by brains which is fairly typically. Would recommend.

Had a lovely meal and the beer was cheap good service from bar staff and a very nice company

Good food, good service, good prices - just like a pub should be. Always our first choice if we're looking for a nice pub meal.

Had meal here at xmas with friends and had meal recently with family and the food has always been good but we waited quite a long time for the food. The staff are all quite pleasant and helpful.
