Merthyr Footgolf

Unfortunately, we have had to close the course in Cyfarthfa Park for the winter. Should you wish to play FootGolf elsewhere, our sister course in Pontypridd will be open on weekends only and our other course in Swansea will also be open. During half term, both of those courses will be open for the whole week. Many thanks for your support ⛳️⚽️

It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the closure of the course due to insufficient usage. As one of our three courses it was certainly in the most picturesque area and a tricky course to play. We will be discussing matters with the Trust that manage the park and see what we can do for the future. In the meantime our sincere thanks for the support received from all in Merthyr and especially the Cyfarthfa Park Trust. Cyfarthfa is certainly a prize asset for the are...a and we would like to wish all concerned the very best for the coming years.

Due the heavy rain overnight which is also forecast until lunchtime today, the course won’t be open this morning, but we will be open for afternoon FootGolf between 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
