I've use this company regularly and cannot fault them. Their facilities are excellent and the management and team are very accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend them.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Needed a large van at very short notice to take a load of stock to London. I made one phone call and the Van was ready for me within 15 mins and I met my deadline. Very helpful, very professional and they sting you on the price. Highly Recommended!!

An absolute disgrace of a company. My Nan paid £300 for my home removal to help me out and the whole day was a disaster. They were late turning up because they crashed the removal van. The van was smaller than what my Nan paid for. The two boys stood around smoking a lot and didn’t wrap my furniture. They threw everything into the back of the van with no care even on the stuff I had marked ‘fragile’. One of the boys got a nosebleed and went home with the van full of my stuff! Whilst I travelled in one of the vans (another one did turn up) the driver answered the phone whilst driving 5 times!! Very unprofessional. After complaining to the owner and showing pictures of the damage the owner sent someone to my house who acted very strangely saying that the two boys who had done the removal had given their names wrongly to me by accident!!! Very odd. Anyway, never heard from the company again. the owner says he sacked one of the boys who damaged my stuff which in my eyes says he’s accepting liability for the damaged goods.

I put my caravan into storage on March the 6th somewhere I thought would be safe and would not get damaged but I had a phone call yesterday morning 24th of March telling me they had noticed the side of the caravan had been bumped! He then told my partner it was only a scratch I went up to have a look at what the damage was well it was a bit more of a scratch there is a hole in the side of the caravan and the metal trim looks like it's been ripped partially off I will upload photos in comments! I asked how this happened I had a shrug of the shoulders no one wanted to give an explanation I then asked for cctv footage I was told they would take 24 hours sat in front of it to find what happened I said I'd quite happily sit there to find out who and what had caused the damage to my caravan but again I had the shrug of the shoulders and no explanation my caravan as been moved 3 time since being ther and no one as informed me of them moving it I asked had damage occurred whilst it was moved to be quickly told no but they was still unable to give me answers on what happens to my caravan! Now this is advertised as being under 24 hours servailance but no 1 wants to look through this servailance to look at what happened to my caravan!! Went back up today to try and find out more information on this but was told that theyr on holiday now so I'd have to wait til Tuesday well that just isn't good enough I was due to site my caravan today and we are not able to due to the negligence of this caravan storage I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to use this storage site REALLY DON'T BOTHER THEYR ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!! we are still in the process of finding out what's happened to our caravan we will not leave this drop!!! .
