Situated on the beautiful Cardigan Bay coastline mid-way between North and South Wales. Our Guest Accommodation sits in an elevated position with panoramic views of Cardigan Bay. Comfortable accommodation and friendly hosts, providing a quality service.
We provide both bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation in this beautiful, un-spoilt gem of West Wales. We are easily found on the A487 coast road, close to the colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron hosting... many and varied events and festivals all the year round and New Quay with its safe sandy beaches, Dolphin trips and colourful Yachts. We are minutes away from the coastal path network, with amazing walks and an abundance of marine life. Aberystwyth and Lampeter Universities are a short drive away.

Spacious, elegant, ground floor bedroom with double bed and dual aspect windows with lovely views of Cardigan Bay. Large en-suite rainfall shower. Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and luxurious Duck Down feather duvets and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.. Red Kites circle over the fields between us and the sea, and in the evening you can watch the stunning sunsets over the Bay from your window.

Spacious contemporary bedroom, with dual aspect windows, and a comfy window seat to enjoy the lovely views of Cardigan Bay. Double bed and Chaise Longue sofa bed, makes this a an ideal room for a couple, and a versatile room for a small family. En-suite rainfall shower, Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, and tea and coffee making facilities together with luxurious duck down duvets and pillows for a good night’s sleep.

This light and airy en-suite double bedroom offering both comfort and economy. Overlooking our mature gardens with its old Cypress trees and open fields beyond. A delightful en-suite Italian tiled bathroom with deep bath with hand shower over and a separate shower offers a perfect end to a lovely day.

What a lovely sunny start to the weekend! Last weekend before school is back and looking forward to spending it on the beach looking for dolphins 🐬

What a lovely place to stay the room was very spacious it had ensuite bathroom, fridge and tea and coffee lovely view of the countryside and the breakfast was really good. Suzanne and Paul the owners what lovely people would loved to have stayed longer and definitely recommend!!! Thank you for a lovely stay xx

We stayed here in may on an overnight stay on route to ferry to Ireland. Beautiful place very welcoming. Rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, breakfast was gorgeous would definitely recommend.

Very clean tidy and well thought out also peaceful with fantastic view of the landscape.

Lovely owners and would recommend anyone to stay for a relaxing time.

Super accomodation. Although our room was quite compact, it felt airy and spacious with the added sky light windows and ceiling lights. Relaxing environment where we soon felt at home and were made to feel very welcome. Wonderful breakfasts and also a super salad was prepared for our tea. A fridge in our room to keep a cheeky bottle of wine nice and cool or other light refreshments. Friendly and helpful, cheerful staff. Plenty of parking for visitors....looking forward to returning again. Thankyou Lynn and family
