üòÇ üí™üèªü¶µüèªü¶ç Well done to @paul.richard73 currently 15lbs down and we only just warming up... Strength is flying through the roof excited about what Paul can achieve this year despite having a severe hip injury.
I know I‚Äôve mentioned this before but just want to thank everyone who has hired me to help them with their fitness , diet and body shape goals through personal training and online coaching. Im truly flattered with the amount of new clients I‚Äôve had the past 6 weeks and all my old clients for following me. Running my first gym is a complete honour it‚Äôs something I‚Äôve been planning for 3 years and to be doing this now is a dream come true. Everyday I wake up excited to go to w...ork, I‚Äôm excited to train you and I‚Äôm even more excited about the progress and results your achieving. I know my gym isn‚Äôt the best gym out there but you do have my help, it‚Äôs my gym and it‚Äôs a working progress , im adding more equipment week by week I currently have 3x benches, 2x squat racks, 2x barbells, 1019kg of plates + Dumbbells to name the main equipment I have currently. But I want more. (Much more) I‚Äôm going to put everything I have into making this a huge success and that means I‚Äôm putting everything into you (my clients) Also I want to say thank you to everyone who supports me , refers me and talks about me I hear many good things from all over Swansea and it does go to my heart ‚ù§Ô∏èü¶ç

Posted @withrepost • @aloe4everyone Really enjoyed my 1-1 yoga session with @mikeysmithfitnesss today in Swansea. Throughly stretched all the body and so easy to do, I'll be starting a yoga programme at homd too. . Mikey is a really knowledgeable Personal Trainer, who's also helping me with my nutrition and diet programme - which is far from dieting, just gets me in better daily habits and understanding the benefits of the foods I already eat and realising what's missing from my diet. . Slow and steady wins the race. Building my strength up, to ensure I can be fit and healthy, not just in my 30s. . #healthybodyandmind #yoga #strength #relaxation #motivation #personaltraining #mikeysmithfitness #nutrition #diet #core #makeachange

Just like to wish my online client @benjones.__ the best of luck in his new country üá¶üá∫ Bens been training and dieting with me since September with steady progress in his shape , fitness and strength. Ben like all my clients are natural. He has a full time job working 40 to sometimes 60 hours per week but that doesn‚Äôt stop him putting the work in and training 1-2 times per day with 0-2 rest days per week. The main thing is that he‚Äôs kept it consistent with progress. He‚Äôs a great role model to anyone training about what you can achieve naturally through diet and training , I think his shape is to a high standard but we strive to get better. Discipline is the difference to what you want today instead of tomorrow , well done mateü¶ç
This month I‚Äôm going to help @seeley_01 raise money for Alzheimer‚Äôs and dementia by shaving a Nike tick on the back of my head üòÇ any money donated would be greatly appreciated. You can donate by using this link http://www.justgiving.com/Christopher-See ley1?utm_id=26 Or I‚Äôll accept donations at my gym. Going to look like a massive twat for a few weeks but it‚Äôs for a good cause. #dementia #alzheimers #nike
100% Naturalü¶ç Team No Roids üíâüö´ You don‚Äôt need drugs to get fit and strong ‚ù§Ô∏èü¶µüèªüí™üèª I don‚Äôt mean to seem big headed by posting this but I want to be an example to anyone that it can be done. I consume 5000Kals per day, If I was to cut my diet I would get leaner and appear bigger than I do now (which I could do easily) but tbh My focus Isnt how I look, it‚Äôs how I develop into the next levels. My theory is if I focus on progress my (and clients) shape will develop anyway.... But there is a limit to what you can achieve naturally... the standard of ‚Äògood shape‚Äô is so high because so many post and forget to mention the fact they are injecting drugs... It does make a difference but is it sustainable? More importantly is it healthy mentally? Physically? I don‚Äôt know tbh but like I‚Äôve mentioned before I stay away, I don‚Äôt need drugs to progress and neither do you my clients. ü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶ç ü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶ç ü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶ç ü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶ç ü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶çü¶ç

3 years ago today to when I started reading this book by BKS Iyenga. From excessive reading , studying and practicing I memorised the teachings of Iyenga which in return helped me understand the alignments of the body, technique, form of body mechanics which eventually healed my 6x dislocated shoulder and ripped meniscus cartilage both in my left joints which I was booked in for operations but cancelled them both. I eventually went on to read 3 more Iyenga books learning more... poses. On paper my joints are weak but through training and diet my joints are stronger than they have ever been before. One year later I travelled to India to do my yoga teacher training qualification which turned into one of the best experiences and qualifications to help my career , furthermore I pass my knowledge onto my clients helping many with their old injuries and strengthening their connective tissues.

Today I thought I‚Äôd share my opinion on the weighting scale.... When training weighting regularly is important for me because if I have a client or a personal goal to loose, maintain or gain then in order to adjust my diet for myself or clients I must know where we are. Weighting is a factor that determines your body shape and therefore it‚Äôs good for me to monitor where I and my clients are. Also you can see if different training styles , activity level, intensity‚Äôs , reps a...nd sets correspond to the scales. If an engineer needed to build a structure the best results he can achieve is my using exact measurements and calculations, guessing or eyeing up the structure would be foolish as they could make mistakes and not see where they were going wrong and that‚Äôs exactly how I look at the scales.. as a tool. But if I or my clients loose or gain a few lbs day by day I don‚Äôt get upset... I just know I need to adjust my diet, training and activity level etc. What is truly important in my opinion is the progression in training and maintaining a nutritious diet. What the scales don‚Äôt tell you are an increase in bone density, muscle mass, ligament, tendon , connective tissue strength, haemoglobin, mitochondria levels, heart strength, cardiovascular system, body fat percentage , blood pressure, fitness and strength levels to name a few.. So next time you weight and your not happy with what the scale says but your still progressing in training and eating healthy maybe think again... Don‚Äôt get upset just look at it as a tool, Rome wasn‚Äôt built in a day ü¶çüí™üèªü¶µüèª

Motivation Monday My favourite strength and bodybuilding athletes of all time. Can you name them all?
Throwback to 2014 üôà First time I put on a X4L top and represented the yellow gym. I‚Äôve been personal training since 2013 but X4L was my first gym job and looking back at this photo makes me cringeüòÇ Made some great memories , valuable experience , knowledge, tools, clients, progress, self development, growth and friends in the 3 years I spent working there. Was awarded PT of the year in 2016 out of all the X4L gyms in my region.... 2015-2017 I was the Head PT of the Swansea Gym. Added qualifications including sports nutrition, teacher assessor and children‚Äôs fitness. 2 years ago today was my last working day at the club and I‚Äôll always have great memories of the Gym. I continued to train and teach classes few months)at X4L for almost 2 years. This year I was banned from entering the premises because of my ‚ÄòInstagram posts and personal training in the club‚Äô üòÇ(which I‚Äôve never done since I stopped working there)which at the time I was pissed off about but I believe everything happens for a reason and this gave me the push and opportunity to finally get out my comfort zone and open my own gym , keeping positive is key for my success, being banned from the yellow gym was the biggest negative of 2019 but it became the biggest positive , Karma üö´Ô∏èü¶ç
