The WOW then is a simple but effective session known as a tabata. The idea is that you work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. BUT the important part is for the 20 seconds you work then you work flat out. You’ve all done this before with me and I am sure you will enjoy!! The exercises are: Press ups Sit ups Alternative squat trust... Plank. Start with 2 minutes of press ups working for 20 seconds and resting for 10. Then straight in to sit ups for the same time and then the squat thrusts exactly the same then the plank. Then rest for 2 minutes and do it again. A total of 18 minutes of work. Welsh word of the week this week is something I want you remember to do over the next week a really easy one. The word is “Gweithio”. Our work isn’t done just because we have had one good week. It's good because you can learn different things about the army and the best thing is you meet new people and you learn new skills

I joined a few years back, honestly don't think I've ever been so confident in myself, even though I wasn't there for a long period of time, the staffs always supported me in my decisions and guided me in the right direction, you don't just earn a brilliant experience, you earn a college that treat you as part of the team nd staff that will give you the time of day! Miss the college completely!
