Yummy food all served perfectly and delicious! Our waiter was very accommodating too considering it was probably the busiest day of the year! Lovely meal

Visited with my partner last night, loved it, the food was delicious and the service very good, helpful and friendly would definitely go there again.

Just managed to get a table for an early mother's day meal. Superb meal, even though we had to choose something different, as there was no glazed steak!!! We really enjoyed it. Staff were very helpful, my husband would liked more chips though lol. Defo go again.

Friendly and helpful staff, great service and the most amazing steak i have ever eaten, so soft and tender. Well worth every penny. Loved It x

First time there last night really enjoyed it ..food was great and i would say a reasonable price for steak .i didnt get what the lettuce wedge was about though .freindly atmosphere and waiting staff were friendly will defo go there again

Delicious food and drink fantastic setting and staff Prince is abit high but you get what you pays for w the great and a great service.

Came last night with my husband for my birthday, our food was amazing ,loved the cocktails great service good job guys !!! We defo be visiting again !!!

Had a beautiful meal with my husband couldnt fault the food or the service. I would say the tables for 2 were quite close to the other tables for 2, so that was the only downfall but I would recommend to anyone ��

We visited on 19 April. Have to say my sirloin steak was lovely,, cooked just as I like it medium to well. Unfortunately my husband's meal was dreadful, Sea Bass with pesto crust, it was soggy, the potatoes were dreadful and the accompanying sauce was not at all good. Saw the Manager who was very good and did not charge for my husband's meal. Will give it a go again but he will not choose fish again.

Went here April 10th 2018 wife's birthday I ordered a fillet steak which was tough & chewy not like previous meals disappointed is an understatement waiter said he was sorry but I don't think I will be back for a while piss poor miller & carter

We ask for it to be cooked medium.my husband had he's & cooked lovely but mine I had blood coming out of it a lot .I did not want to say nothing as I can see the manger was having words with another customer about the same thing & sound it not very help full. So I just told the waiter & never Evan offer me a refund

This is usual our favourite place to eat but it's fair to say this time it was disgusting!! chips were undercooked and hard, asked for med-well done steak but it came out rare, sent back and came out burnt to a crisp.. couldn't even eat it! absolutely awful!

The Bistro Rump steak my wife had was supposed to be medium to well done it was oozing blood not once but twice I swear the cow was alive and well 5minutes earlier

Really slow service and the meal was below average!! A lot of the menu wasn’t available! Won’t be recommending it to anyone!

Our first time visiting this restaurant & it was very disappointing food wasn’t any thing special in fact my our steaks I cook in the house was nicer. It left us feeling sick. £10 for child fish & chip which she couldn’t eat. After paying £97 For food we didn’t enjoy was a proper let down. Would not recommend.

Sent it back which I have never done in my life! Same piece brought back burnt to a crisp!! Needless to say could not eat it!! Never eating here again!! The ladies toilets also need to be checked regularly, quite shockingly dirty!! Will stick to Thornhill!!

If I could rate this zero star I would purely because I was lied to asked would there be lobster on the lunch time menu i was assured there would be,we rocked up no lobster bunch of REM’s.

If I could leave no stars I would it's only 4pm no t bone steak no rib eye steak wich were my 2 options so ended up with a burger and the misses wanted butter milk chicken sorry ran out then asked for a tandoori lamb sorry ran out come on it only 4pm sort it out first and last time I will come

Extremely disappointed with the service received at the restaurant this evening! Me and my partner regularly attend this restaurant and this evening has by far been the worst experience we have had and because of this we will not be returning!!

We saw our main meal brought out of the kitchen by another waitress, who then returned it to the kitchen as it was not for one of her tables. After some time our waitress brought our food to the table and could not tell us which steak was medium and which was medium/ rare (as they had been put back by the first waitress in the wrong order!) After cutting in to the steak and realising who's was who the meal by now had gone cold as it had been sat in the kitchen. We told the waitress our food was cold and she called a manager over, he was not helpful at all! By partner then spoke to another member of staff who was not at all apologetic and replied by simply saying mistakes happen and we were expected to pay for the drinks and starter we had with no good will gesture offered at all!

Both myself and my partner are extremely disappointed as we regularly attend the cardiff bay restaraunt and know the quality and standard of food and service but unfortunately that was not portrayed at all this evening, there was no apology from any member of staff and wholly disappointed with our experience this evening and will not be recommending miller & carter in the future!
