A warm welcome to anyone over 50 wanting to improve wellbeing.
My Generation is a free 8 week course and will be starting at Mind Carmarthen on Tuesday 4th June at 11am.
Tea, coffee, biscuits and chat, learning to reduce stress and hopefully have some fun too 😊
