Are you looking to improve strength, power, speed, endurance or speed of movement /mobility to enhance your ability in your chosen sport? Or just looking to lose some weight and increase your fitness?
Personal Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning Sessions are developed to specific needs /position and focussed primarily on the sport you participate in.
First session comprises of consultation regarding goals, measurement of flexibility, strength (1 rep max on specific compound exercises) fitness and Movement Analysis.
All sessions are tailored to YOU and YOUR needs.
Fitness and Weight Loss sessions are designed to reach goals that you would like to ascertain. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you have, all programmes are tailored to YOU.
Teams Sessions are also available.
