PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE SMALL NATURE OF THE JEWELLERY MAKING ITEMS THAT WE SELL THEY ARE UNSUITABLE AND NOT SAFE TO GIVE TO CHILDREN DUE TO BEING A POTENTIAL CHOKING HAZARD. CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHEN AROUND THESE PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY THOSE UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE.

ITS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER FIMO CHARMS ARE JUST THAT 'CHARMS' AND ARE NOT TOYS SO ARE UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AS THEY PRESENT POTENTIAL CHOKING HAZARDS AND ARE MADE FROM CLAY SO WITH FORCE MAY BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES. ALL EFFORTS ARE MADE TO ENSURE THEY ARE WELL MADE AND THE HEADPIN SECURELY INPLACE WITH NO SHARP ENDS.

REFUSAL OF ORDERS We reserve the right to refuse any order or service to any person for any reason and at any time. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on our webpage may be mispriced. At Miss Magpie's Supplies we try our best to ensure all items are priced correctly if a item somehow manages to get priced in error, we will contact you via email as we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure. We will contact you to inform you of what will happen next. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatching or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation of that item.

WEIGHTS All weights and quantities are estimated approximations only. Batches may vary slightly in weight and content.
DELIVERY Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (monday to friday), subject to availability. If your order is urgent, just let us know by E-mail missmagpiessupplies@live.com if you need to upgrade your order to a faster service ( this is at extra cost to yourself) we will always do our best to meet your needs.
Orders weighing under 1kg. . . . are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post (delivery aim 1 day) however you can request to have your order sent recorded delivery at extra cost payable by you, please inbox to have this upgraded.
Orders weighing 1kg to 2kg. . . . are sent by royal mail 2nd class post (delivery aim 3 days) however you can request to have your order sent recorded delivery or 1st class delivery at extra cost payable by you, please inbox to have this upgraded.
Orders weighing 2kg or more will be sent by MY HERMES if you have a issue of this courier service please contact us before placing your order so we can meet your needs . . . any other courier service or upgrades will be at extra cost to you (you will need to pay the difference if upgrading to a faster service or swapping to another courier service)
We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

RETURNS POLICY
Unwanted goods return policy:
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Miss Magpie's Supplies. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days from receiving them and we will be happy to offer a refund. If you are returning goods to us, it is your responsibility to ensure they reach us in a good resaleable condition.
You are required to get proof of postage from the post office - it is free and insures contents up to £46. 00. We cannot take responsibilty for parcels that are lost in transit, were sorry but no refund will be given for any goods that we do not receive. Please let us know when you have posted your returned goods so that we can expect them.
Please return goods in their original packaging and unused.
Please ensure a copy of the original receipt is enclosed, we recommend a copy so you still have the original for your records. Please initial next to the item you are returning and include a contact telephone number and email address at the bottom incase we need to contact you for any reason. This will enable us to process your return quicker.
The cost of returning any items is at your expense.
We will refund the order or the relevant part of the order, but we regret we cannot cover any of the outbound postage charges if it is part of a multiple order. Unless the goods were sent in error.
Faulty /broken goods return policy:
If any of your goods are faulty, you have the choice whether you wish to accept a replacement or a refund. You will need to contact us as soon as possible by email as we would appreciate a picture of the faulty goods to help speed up the refund procedure . . a photo will also help us decide whether the item needs to be returned prior to any refund. once we have made our discision on whether the item needs to be return, we will either refund you and if needed cover the cost of the returning item to us or post a replacement free of charge again refund the posting cost if the item needs to be returned to us ). Please contact us by email and get proof of postage when you send items back.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange unwanted items, simply follow the procedure above for returns of unwanted goods and remember to include a list of what you'd like instead of the items that you're returning. Please remember to include a day time contact number and email address as we may need to contact you to take payment for P& P. We charge a minimum of £1. 30 for P& P for resending out exchanges, please note that P& P may be more for large or heavy items.
LOST IN POST POLICY
If orders are lost and you do not receive within 7 days from purchasing please send us a email missmagpiessupplies@live.com stating 'order not yet received'. we will then look into the matter and contact you.

We post 5 DAYS A WEEK Monday to Friday
Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same working day .
All orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders weighing 1kg to 2kg. . . . are sent by royal mail 2nd class post (delivery aim 3 days)
Orders weighing 2kg or more. . . . are sent by MY HERMES (delivery aim 4-5 days)
We currently use my hermes as our courier provider,
if you have any objection to using My Hermes, please email before placing your order to discuss an alternative courier service. orders that are needing a courier delivery are booked in with the courier the day you place your order and are collected the next working day.
you can request to have your order sent recorded delivery or upgrade to 1st class delivery (if over 1kg)
at extra cost payable by you, please inbox to have your order upgraded.


WHAT DO WE CHARGE FOR POSTAGE ?

• Orders upto £10 have a fixed postage charge of £1. 30
• Orders between £10 and £30 have a fixed postal charge of £3. 20
• Orders over £30 have FREE delivery and are sent First Class
