I decided to get into personal training after completing my degree in Sport Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University. During my studies I was able to specialize in strength and conditioning, and completed my dissertation in exercise physiology. I have always enjoyed studying how the body works and how to get the best results regarding training and by personal training I can take my knowledge into a practical setting. Having been taught Nutrition, Physiology and Strength & Conditioning all at university standard I can offer a scientific programme that guarantees results.
