VERY BAD
I had to fix my broken iphone 7 screen in this shop, when I picked up the colors that were far less sharp, I went straight back but they found this normal color because I was on vacation I did not pay more attention to this
but back in the Netherlands I also had problems with the screen (much less sensitive).
I went to a mobile phone shop in the Netherlands to watch this screen again, this screen has been replaced by an original !!!! apple screen.
The screen made by mobilia was not original but for an original price !!! (171 euros) in the device a number of things were crooked and broken and therefore no longer possible to replace all the screws back again! now there is an original apple screen for the same price and the colors and sensitivity of the screen are now perfect !!
SO PEOPLE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE TO REPAIR !!!

I had been back in your shop because the screen was not Allright but according to you there were no problems!

Mobilia is also a DHL agent. Used them last week to send a parcel to Kenya. Very friendly and helpful. Also recived a very reasonable quote on a phone repair.

Friendly guys, they said my phone would be ready on Wednesday but phoned Tuesday to say they'd fixed it. Reasonable price. All in good service.

If I could rate this shop lower I would.
I Went to have an iPhone 6 repaired, they repaired the screen and it seemed fine until the glue from the screen started to come off and the screen started to lift as a result. As the screen lifted it cracked so when I went back to the store I understand why I had to pay to get it repaired again for the same original price of £55, however after a week I noticed that the same thing was happening again so I turned it off and went back to the store at the store I noticed that the screen was black and had lines running through it. The gentleman in the store told me that it was "pressure damage" and that I would have to pay again for a new screen. Not believing this I stated that it had.no pressure damage and that even if there was, it is not quoted in their terms and agreements. What was quoted however was; scratches, water damage and cracks.
After refusing to pay for this service again I took the phone to a shop around the corner and just asked if they could tell me what was wrong with the phone, the gentleman in this shop said and I quote " the LCD is faulty and doesn't connect properly" I asked if this had anything to do with pressure and he said "no".
I must also say while being in this store for about an hour 6-7 more individual customers also came in to complain about various different services.
Overall would recommend avoiding this shop, if you want to get good service go somewhere else.

Friend went in to have the charging port on her phone replaced as it was damaged and didn't charge any more. Was quoted £49. Collected the phone after the repair and took it home. How ever when getting home her phone charging port as still damaged and was the same one that was in it before and it hadn't been replaced at all, just poorly cleaned :/ Took it back and they actually changed the charging port this time!

I recently went to Mobilia to get my Samsung s7 edge screen repaired.The staff are very friendly, polite and very efficient. They gave me all the information I needed to know about the repair, advice and cost breakdown. The phone was fixed in the time specified and looked brand new with original Samsung parts. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a decent job done on their beloved devices! Amazing service !
