We are a full time martial arts gym run by multiple black belt and current world champion Matt Stait 4th dan. We offer a free weeks trial in any class.

Based in Bulwark, Chepstow we are a full time, fully equipped martial arts gym offering a wide range of classes and styles to suit anyone with an interest in the martial arts or self defence. Childrens classes start from 4 years and above. Seniors are 14 and above. We offer open public classes, private tuition, personal training, special interest groups, charity and corporate training and security training.
