Started the first 'underground restaurant' in Wales now outside catering company. Were all about local, seasonal produce, reducing air miles

Began life as Moel Faban Supper Club, a secret living room restaurant in North Wales and a food and lifestyle blog entitled Moel Faban Suppers.

This then transformed into a food business specialising in bespoke, home cooked, locally sourced, organic produce and the first 'Pay As You Feel' Cafe in North Wales see separate page for cafe opening times etc.

Now returning to its food bogging roots
